The officer worker was extremely rude. He always is each and every time he waits on me . This last time was the worst. I also believe he is deliberately messing with my mail.
Delaying its timely delivery. At the moment 1 package is completely missing. I asked if this 1 was going to be delivered properly and he said who knows it goes through so many other facilities. Then he kept trying to push all my buttons. I will demand another worker from now on because I don't trust him with my mail.
Does anyone have answers to where my package is? No they don't. They give you phone numbers that no one answers. No one.
If you are hoping you mail is going to be delivered on time don't count on the Fulton Post Office. Don't count on the USPS at all. They are doing their part forcing citizens to go digital.

I've lived here for 30+ years at same residence and not receiving any mail is a big problem haven't seen the mail man in 4 days this needs to be looked into

I had 4 packages out for delivery but only received 3 , later that afternoon driver comes to my door and wants to know what I received, said his truck broke down and couldn't find the other package went to p.o. 3 days later still no package but they would look into it and call me. 1 WEEK LATER NO CALL!!!!!!!!!

Very helpful staff. Wheelchair accessible. They also have packing and shipping materials as well as birthday and other cards. Always in and out. There is a good-sized parking lot as well to the side of the building.

I had a delivery driver yell at me in a Price Chopper bathroom rasing his voice telling saying "I dont know what you are doing in there but hurry it up!" I told him I was using it currently but he seemed to be even more angry and started to raise his voice by saying "He is on the clock and he came here to use the bathrooom" I told him that there was other bathrooms he could use but he did not want to hear any of it instead he stayed there arguing with me about how long I was taking. This uncalled for and need to be dealt with.

Great service if you go inside. Delivery seems to be a difficulty. My mail returned to sender without proof of change of address. Hold placed on my mail items without my request. Is it a fluke in the system or simply the fact that I'm a Muslim woman, Black. Muslim. Woman. I wonder. Post man treated with upmost respect yet I have been receiving calls from my important documents being returned... how rude.

It is what I expect to get as far as service at that Post office except that there not sending me my mail to the right address. After I told them I moved. I should be receiving mail to my new address not my old.

Location is convenient but the people don’t care to be helpful in any way. Completely rude and they are like they are falling asleep
