We have (5) 5gallon jugs for a water cooler delivered every month, sometimes we get no call no show, sometimes we get a call and no show, sometimes we get no call and a show, sometimes they leave our jugs with no Empties, sometimes they leave more or less than the empties we leave, sometimes they leave jugs with no empties, the combination is endless. it's terrible, we canceled weeks ago for them to come get they're water cooler, supposedly they were supposed to come get the stuff yesterday and today it's currently raining and windy and they're garbage
Is blowing all around. Pretty frustrated with them. Maybe someone else will have better luck but it's been terrible like this for a few years.

Well I have always left a good review until today. April 12, 2024. Had a filter change and salt delivery. My door was left wide open. Much to my surprise when I arrived home. Amazing how prices keep skyrocketing, service fees delivery fees on products. Thank you so much for protecting my home and my dogs. Your service team is horrible. Not the first time something has happened like this. Extremely disappointed. Your service team lacks common sense

Evasive when asked about quality of water and containers. I emailed back and forth with James yesterday and he ignored my questions regarding the quality of the water and containers but would only tell me the cost. I don't want contaminated water or to pay a company for water who can't answer simple questions via email.

Tech is support is great when they actually get to your house. Parts broken In less than a year. Told covered as under a year old and would get fixed asap. Went into office lady at desk was extremely rude and rolled her eyes. Refused asap and "tentatively" scheduled half a month away. Issue is not with maintenance staff but with desk staff and turn around time.Fyi this is even as a customer for over a decade and paying into "protection" plan for years.

The customer service here is horrible. Every time I call in and get a rep by the name Ashley, she is rude, condescending, and just sounds like her job is the most inconvenient thing she could be asked to do. I’ve spoke to the “manager” about her on several occasions and it never changes. It’s time for us to take our business elsewhere if this is the only kind of person the can find to “help” their customers. This company has declined so much over the years. You can really tell the owners just don’t care.

Everyone at Culligan of The Mohawk Valley is super helpful always very personable. We got a new water system because ours wasn't functioning properly any more and Jim explained all of our options and what he thought was best for our high iron water. My water pressure has never been better.

I wont go into the horror show I had to deal with at install but now I am trying to save money on replacing my own bulbs and filter and I've called twice for the information on the bulb itself so I can phurchase it online and all they will give me is CUV5 - when asked for additional details they said they didn't have them.I paid for the system. It's like I am being held hostage to buy $180 bulb from them when I can get one from a third party for $40-60 online if I just need the information on it.Never again.

They were great when we moved to the area- 2020- but my opinion has plummeted. Right now, my water reeks of sulfur and is undrinkable. I asked if they have anyone to send out as my husband said it's literally burning his mouth and this happened suddenly so I'm concerned.'We'll call you monday'.Cool. Why have emergency services at all then?

I have high respect for the employees of Culligan. They are courteous and respectful. They appear when they say they will. They are conciencious about coming into my home. Very nice people everytime I speak to them on the phone . I feel like I'm not being a pain and they are very helpful in every way possible. I'm very happy to write this for people to see.
