Went in for looking for a tractor & they were very helpful. Very informative & I left understanding more about tractors then I did before I walked in.I would highly suggest Randall Implements to anyone looking for a tractor or other equipment. Very good selection as well.

I bought my tractor here 5 years ago. I am very happy with my Kubota tractor. In fact, I love it. I just picked up a brush hog and got my 3-point hitch kit there . They are very knowledgeable and helpful .

In 2018, my husband purchased a Kubota BX23S from Randall Implements. Ned was our salesman, and the sales process was easy with zero pressure. My husband has since purchased several accompanying implements. All interactions with Randall, from sales to service, have exceeded our expectations. Staff are always friendly, efficient and helpful.Most recently, on 5/8/23, Tom from the Service Dept helped us resolve a hydraulic fluid leak over the phone. He provided me with simple instructions, which I was able to easily convey to my husband. All is well now, and the leak appears to be resolved. Tom saved us an expensive trip to the shop, and now our Kubota is back up and running. When I thanked Tom for his help and time, he simply said "That's what we're here for." This might seem like a small thing but given the state of ALL customer service post-COVID, I was really impressed and grateful. Thank you, Tom!

Outstanding company. The customer service from the sales rep to the service department is unmatched. They will be getting 100% of my business. Can not express enough how impressed I am with their services and helping out a new customer to make me feel like I was the only customer and their top priority. This is a lost art in business and they never lost it. I recommend Dale for any of sales need and Tom for any of services. These two are absolutely outstanding professionals. I also want to mention all the employees at the front desk are extremely knowledgeable and beyond helpful.

I took a Kubota BX tractor in for service and have nothing but compliments. Friendly informative staff, they explained everything, and did an amazing job - they went above and beyond and the tractor is running like new!

We have purchased our tractors from Randall for the last 22 years. We recently decided to upgrade our b2601 to an lx3310 as well as repair our old bx2200. Was told the lx3310 is unavailable and we should get an lx2610 which they had in stock. We decided to go with it. Waited 3 weeks for a price to find out they traded it in with another dealership for other reasons the day after we looked at it. Why couldn't they just tell us from the beginning, I don't know but that was 3 weeks of wasted time. Secondly, the bx2200 we brought in for a diagnosis ended up being $700+ bill to test the pressures and replace 2 hydro filters + 2qts hydro oil. None of the pressures were documented and they claimed it to be 8+ hours of shop labor. The only reason for 2 stars and not 1 is that after giving the tech a hard time he dropped the price to $240 for 2.1 hours of shop labor plus filters/oil. Im not one to complain but this was just ridiculous
