I subbed work off of him last year he was terrible with his attitude towards me swore at me and customers very unprofessional company do not recommend he’s a total gypsy and waters his seal coat down 50-50 when it’s already premixed from the plant do not recommend his company he likes to scam people and not to make it right with the customers

We had a new driveway done by them almost 2 years ago and it falling apart as is my sons which they did because we recommended them. We have called and been told that the brother owns it now and the one we dealt with passed away and they don’t do asphalt anymore they just do seal coating. Several calls asking for them to just come and take a look at it to see if they can do something and only to be told over and over, I don’t know what you want me to do it was my brother! Same name and same advertising but say they are different

Boldt Paving & Sealcoating paved my driveway one year ago. I contacted them, in July, for the seal coat as per their instruction for a year old driveway. Mr. Boldt called me and said he wanted to seal coat the driveway that day. I told him rain was expected. He said only a 10% chance of rain. He also stated that, if he chose the day and it rained he would fix it. Well, we had a light sprinkle and rain dripped off my shed and splattered sealant all over the front of my shed. After, too many calls to him, he finally sent over someone who put seal coat on a 2' x 3' area on the driveway that had nothing to do with the cleaning of my shed. More phone calls and texts. Finally Mr. Boldt texted me and stated he would return the $300 (the cost of the seal coat). I would rather have my shed cleaned but it seems Boldt can not be trusted. More phone calls and Mr. Boldt stated that, he had instructed a check be made out to me. More phone calls "check is in the mail". He claims to be a member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB is on his letter head), so I have filed a complaint with them on 9/20/2018, Complaint ID 13105550. BBB stated this could take up to 6 weeks for a resolution. If at the end of this BBB investigation Boldt Paving and Sealcoating has not cleaned my shed or at the very least refunded my money, I will file a Small Claims action against them. It seems Boldt Paving is like so many other contractors, once they have your money they don't want to know you. Their sign they post on your lawn when they do service reads "Quality service you can trust", well that leaves a lot to the imagination.
