“I had a wonderful stay at Saratoga Arms. It’s a charming boutique hotel that’s very clean and well cared for. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Our room was nicely appointed, comfortable, and spotless. One of the highlights was the complimentary beverage and snack station – such a thoughtful touch that really added to the stay. “Our wedding at The Adelphi was absolutely perfect! We’ve been staying at the hotel for years and actually got engaged there, so we knew that it had to be the place where we got married! The beauty of the location is breathtaking – every corner is picturesque, and the ambiance is simply magical.
Connie and her team went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Their attention to detail was incredible, and they were genuinely invested in making our day special. We felt supported and cared for from the planning stages through the big day.
Our guests were blown away by the venue’s charm and elegance, and we received so many compliments on the setting. The staff coordinated flawlessly with our vendors, and we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Every aspect was just as we’d dreamed – if not better! Thank you to everyone at The Adelphi for making our day so special. It was truly unforgettable!”

“This is a beautiful historic hotel close to everything downtown Saratoga and a short walk to the racetrack. Rooms were a little dated, but not in a bad way. I've stayed overnight to photograph a wedding and a few other times just to experience a staycation in my home town. Food is really good, and the entertainment is great. Staff is friendly and offers help with anything you might need. I have many photos, will be back to post more as I come across them.”

“The Hotel Was Very Nice & Clean. Every Night There's People At The Morton's Steakhouse & Bar. They Have A Marketplace Inside The Hotel For Coffee, Food But You will Have To Pay for It With Debit/Credit Card, No Cash.. There's A Casino Inside The Hotel So You Don't Have To Go Outside To Go In. A Shuttle Bus & Trolley Bus To Get You To & From The Race Track & Downstown Shopping Strip.. The Rooms Where Nice & Clean & The Bed Comfortable.
Will Come Again.. They Also Have Indoor Pool & Hot Tub. Also Two Fire Pits In The Back. Very Nice Just To Hang Out & Enjoy It.”

You check in online, which was easy & they get back to you via text very quickly! I loved my whole experience here & look forward to visiting again ?”
“In addition to great location, spacious, contemporary rooms, the staff here is well trained, caring and helpful. Here during C-19 to visit mom, I feel very safe here, with everything sparkly clean and staff wearing gloves and masks. Great place!”

“Stayed for a weekend. The room was very big with a full kitchen& was very clean. The bedding had duvet covers, instead of an old comforter. The location was excellent , walkable to downtown restaurants, bars etc.I was able to enjoy my favorite Netflix shows in my room. They were very accommodating & I recommend it highly.”

“Staff was very accommodating. We were able to get the exact site we booked online, each time this season. (That is a huge improvement from previous years.) I like the saltwater pools (even better if the one broken kids toy feature was fixed). I like the new playground. I revised this review to recognise owners/managers continuous improvements.

ontinental breakfast. Workers were attentive and polite and cheerfully met our many requests to change our number of nights and to book a second room for a family member who was in town for the day. The Landmark isn't fancy but it met our needs perfectly and i look forward to staying there again.”

“Stayed 3 nights at the Hilton Garden Inn, Saratoga Springs, NY. The hotel bartender, Elisabeth (Lizzy), made my stay enjoyable. She listened, shared stories and was understanding whenever we sat at the bar. Lizzy, made me stay at the hotel instead of driving/walking downtown to spend my time/money. I would definitely recommend this hotel based on my personal experience. Lizzy made my experience well worth the stay.”

“rating this hotel a 1 star is beyond what it deserves!!! please DO NOT consider staying here!!! they have bed bugs, I am beyond mortified. I have bites all over and so do my children!! there are stains all over the walls, cigarette burns all over the bath tub, the faucets don't turn off the water, drug deals going down and people partying that seem to live there!!! if we weren't scared and also trapped into staying here because we would lose so much money for canceling last second we would have left but we drove 5 hours to get there!!! i am beyond mortified and the worst part is they won't refund anything for all these problems!!!!! we had to buy extra blankets just to sleep on the beds, I cannot even believe we did that. I am regretting it all now and wishing I would have canceled anyways and lost my money because now we are all sick from the mold and dealing with bed bug bites. luckily I have video and photo proof and will not stop until something is done about this. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE you guys should be ashamed of yourselves for what you advertise this place to be verse what you actually offer.”
“Super quiet, cozy, bed was definitely comfortable! I slept like a rock. Only downside side is, yes they have breakfast but they only have eggs, toast, bagels, and make your own waffles. No meat in site. Another thing missing is the Bible in the nightstand.
We will 100% be staying here the next time we come visit!
Rooms: King size room is just right. Nice and comfortable bed. A/C unit actually works!! Only thing missing is the Bible in the night stand.”

“Imagine that you’re Clark Griswold and everything will be fine. No seriously, this is a motel. The people are nice, and well, this is a motel. It has beds and showers and walls and doors, etc. and you will wake up refreshed!I myself didn’t dislike it! The location is near everything. To all the reviewers here who think they’re staying at the Waldorf Astoria or Four Seasons, you ain’t. Ok? If you want to pay double the price and try to find a room short notice then go down the street. It’s that simple. But don’t bemoan these people.”
