“Super adorable place especially if your main priority is to explore the town and need a place to sleep. The breakfast sandwiches were perfect for on the go, the room was clean and simple. The only minor inconvenient I'd have is how small the shower was. Every time I called for any info, the gentleman answered promptly and provided any answers I needed. The mattress was amazing, the comforter was super fluffy. We loved how close it was to drive to Broadway Street, it was a few miles away from Walmart and next to Dunkin and CVS. Would 100% come back here again and would recommend to anyone else.”

“Absolutely an amazing experience. Located conveniently near shopping and food. Great restaurant at Salt & Char and lively late night bar on sight. Top notch customer service. People at the front desk were A+ as well as the valet crew. Rooms were spectacular. Heated toilet seats! Whaaaa? Game room and library. So many cool things to find on the premesis. “The Inn at Saratoga is located minutes away from the main street. And you can walk to the restaurant. The hotel reminds the 18th century building with friendly staff. Rooms are quiet, clean, and spacious. The king bedroom highly recommends while you have a private living and dining area.”

“The Hotel Was Very Nice & Clean. Every Night There's People At The Morton's Steakhouse & Bar. They Have A Marketplace Inside The Hotel For Coffee, Food But You will Have To Pay for It With Debit/Credit Card, No Cash.. There's A Casino Inside The Hotel So You Don't Have To Go Outside To Go In. A Shuttle Bus & Trolley Bus To Get You To & From The Race Track & Downstown Shopping Strip.. The Rooms Where Nice & Clean & The Bed Comfortable.
Will Come Again.. They Also Have Indoor Pool & Hot Tub. Also Two Fire Pits In The Back. Very Nice Just To Hang Out & Enjoy It.”

“s repeat guests to the Brunswick we can honestly say it is our favorite place to visit. We love the seating area in number nine and the Jacuzzi/soaking tub. Love that it’s separate from the bathroom.
We love how bright and sunny the room is. Plenty of windows.
The location is perfect year round.
Sarah and Daniel went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Daniel was professional, knowledgeable and engaging. He made sure everything was just right from our breakfast to our bedroom suite.
The homemade goodies in the hallway at was a great touch.
The breakfasts were fresh and delicious with the attention to individual preferences. on the second day of our day we met Sarah who also made us feel completely relaxed. She was attentive to all the guests in a busy atmosphere.

“This was an absolutely fantastic stay! The room was beautiful and cozy. The owner was amazing—very welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. He definitely put a lot of thought into the design and furnishings. The room was spotless. Room, bed, and linens were extremely comfortable and clean. The jacuzzi tub was a nice romantic detail. The area is fantastic too- the town is full of life. There are dozens of amazing restaurants and shops and of course the Saratoga race track and casino. Everything you need is nearby. I wanted to extend our stay but it was already booked. We absolutely would return.”

“Nice hotel for a short stay. Keypad available if you arrive after hours. Close to 2 restaurants- one is American cuisine and the other Mexican ( both within walking distance ) The Mexican restaurant was G8 ! BTW - Comfy soft beds in the hotel - good water pressure and spacious rooms. Fully enjoyed my stay !”

“Overall a very nice stay...loved the on site restaurant. The fixed price menu was very good and their "house wine" was tasty. Our room was clean and comfy. My only issue was the noisy in-room air conditioner. It was very hot during our travel and we needed to run that beast all night long...and it was loud.”

“It did the job. Clean, quiet, content. Not a lot of storage space, but a lot of desk space for those who travel for work. Near the main strip, but id still suggest driving to it. Free charging which was a very nice bonus. My one issue with it was that I got a random charge from there and then it just..disappeared from my history once I paid off my card. I tried calling and they said they had no record of the transaction, so I am under the impression I was charged randomly without refund. So, just be careful and check your card after you leave, because thats when it happened to me, and I would like to know what that was about.”

“I really don't think these bad reviews are warranted if you are bringing a camper. We stayed at site 29 (pull through) and we had family staying in cabin 7 which was clean and AC worked well in 95+ temps (loft beds had some stains though). The pool and splash pad were nice. The only bathrooms/showers are near the pool and yes they definitely need an upgrade but again if you are bringing a camper or staying in a cabin it doesn't really matter. They had some activities included for 4th of july weekend.
All the staff were friendly. Close to town!

“Visited Saratoga for the first time and happy we spent it at the Gideon Putnam. Mackenzie and David at the front desk were exceptional in fulfilling all of our needs. Mike and Ron were great running the hotel shuttle service. All of the staff was very personable and attention. Would definitely recommend staying at the Gideon Putnam.”

“This is a modest motel in a great location. Room was large and well furnished. Indoor pool and spa were included in price as was c
ontinental breakfast. Workers were attentive and polite and cheerfully met our many requests to change our number of nights and to book a second room for a family member who was in town for the day. The Landmark isn't fancy but it met our needs perfectly and i look forward to staying there again.”

“We were just stopping the nt on the way to Vermont. We were traveling with our dog. The staff treated her like a princess I would have given this location 5 stars if they offered a continental breakfast with your stay”

“In addition to great location, spacious, contemporary rooms, the staff here is well trained, caring and helpful. Here during C-19 to visit mom, I feel very safe here, with everything sparkly clean and staff wearing gloves and masks. Great place!”

“The hotel is extremely clean and is pleasant to stay out. However I will not stay again and won't recommend this hotel due to a security deposit that I was unaware of and is not posted anywhere until I checked in. I have no problem with a hotel charging a security deposit but I believe it should be disclosed up front. I was told it is $150 and when I complained I was then told they would only charge $100.00 I was asked to sign an agreement to charges when I checked in and there are also no mention of this deposit. Unfortunately this untold policy will cost you a customer. Please disclose all policies up front. I have revised my stay because they did not charge the $100 security deposit. I still feel it is a policy that needs to be disclosed but since I spoke up I am assuming I was not charged.”

“rating this hotel a 1 star is beyond what it deserves!!! please DO NOT consider staying here!!! they have bed bugs, I am beyond mortified. I have bites all over and so do my children!! there are stains all over the walls, cigarette burns all over the bath tub, the faucets don't turn off the water, drug deals going down and people partying that seem to live there!!! if we weren't scared and also trapped into staying here because we would lose so much money for canceling last second we would have left but we drove 5 hours to get there!!! i am beyond mortified and the worst part is they won't refund anything for all these problems!!!!! we had to buy extra blankets just to sleep on the beds, I cannot even believe we did that. I am regretting it all now and wishing I would have canceled anyways and lost my money because now we are all sick from the mold and dealing with bed bug bites. luckily I have video and photo proof and will not stop until something is done about this. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE you guys should be ashamed of yourselves for what you advertise this place to be verse what you actually offer.”
