“Had a great experience today and thought I would share. We had an incoming package that was delivered to the wrong address. Once I notified the carrier Mike of the potential issue he notified his supervisor, I think her name was Kelly. Working together they found the package and went above and beyond to get it and bring it to us. I couldn’t be more happy with their diligence and customer service!”
“Heidi B at the post office in Saratoga is super friendly and helpful. She even made an above and beyond effort to send me the stamps that I have bought ( which I accidentally left it at her counter) back to me. This is just the superb customer service we need in America. Thank you Heidi for your wonderful service!”

“I was there Sept 4th and the woman at the counter was very friendly and helpful explaining the different options to mail something ASAP to be delivered in time for a birthday. My encounter was positive and much appreciated.”

“First time coming here. Service was quick, just dropped off a package and I had a QR code. The woman working this AM wasnt overly friendly or welcoming like they are at the Ballston Spa PO.”
