If I could put lower than one star I would. This place is a scam. Had my lawnmower for two weeks, did nothing with it. Ended up paying 130 bucks for nothing. Never even call this pos.

Not recommended. I made an online appointment to have my snowblower picked up for servicing....No show. Appointment was rescheduled....again no show. Appointment was rescheduled for a third time......and you guessed it.... no show. I sent an email asking what the heck was going on. No response.

Don't waste your time and money here. Dropped off my mower, said it would be done the next day. It wasn't. Drove there multiple times. Nothing was done. No communication. Took my machine back, left a check for less than agreed price, for some reason. Told me he voided my check, asked me to send even less. Turns out he cashed my check. He has quite the scam going on here.

The snow blower was fixed as promised, but the communication was poor. Also, the TOS you "agree to" once you pay includes a big section essentially saying they aren't responsible for the work. The owner could consider a different way to reply to reviews, also.

If you want your machines fixed my rec is to get on u tube and do it yourselfI had a scheduled apt to pick up my snowblowerI confirmed it twice electronically and waited two weeks to do so as winter closed inThey never showed up or even had the decency to callI had to track them down myself after many attempts they finally said their”servers were down”Then they said they were en route sand never showed up or even calledIt took another day to get a response from there and came up with every excuse to not pick up my machineNo apology. No reasoning. No bogus server issues this time Nothing . So if your ok about begging for service call these guys and you might get some help but I doubt it as they demonstrate the universal problem in America these days of privilege and absence of work ethic

Where to begin , no communication from him , took 4 weeks to get machine back , couldn’t get it here because of truck issue , belt broke when he started it up and then they finally showed up with my lawnmower and it still doesn’t work . Save your money and don’t bring anything to him . And then I can’t believe I have to give him even one star because this business is definitely a 0

No show / no call. I took time off from work to wait 2 and half hours for nobody to show up. Call and left a voice mail, texted them and sent a fb message. No reply. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.

No show / no call. I took time off from work and waited two hours for someone to show up to pick up my equipment. i called the number, texted and sent a message on FB. no response. matter of fact, I got left on read on fb messenger. terrible customer service to say the least . wouldn't recommend to anyone.

scheduled an appointment online with Scottie's at a cost of $40.00, I received an email stating that they received my request and withdrew the money from my account. I then received another email stating that they would pick my lawn mower up on Thursday June 3rd at 5:00 pm, on Thursday I received a text that said there was a family emergency and they would re-schedule my appointment. It has been over 3 weeks and I have heard nothing back from anyone at this business.
