“Had a great experience today and thought I would share. We had an incoming package that was delivered to the wrong address. Once I notified the carrier Mike of the potential issue he notified his supervisor, I think her name was Kelly. Working together they found the package and went above and beyond to get it and bring it to us. I couldn’t be more happy with their diligence and customer service!”

“I visited this store on Feb. 25,2026 with what I thought would be a quick transaction. It turned out that it was not but all 3 employees there at the time went way above and beyond to ensure this package was mailed. I would highly recommend this store to every and any body that needs shipping. Thank you so much staff for all of your help and patients with the Amazon return. You are all amazing. Dawn R. And JoAnne F.”

“Heidi B at the post office in Saratoga is super friendly and helpful. She even made an above and beyond effort to send me the stamps that I have bought ( which I accidentally left it at her counter) back to me. This is just the superb customer service we need in America. Thank you Heidi for your wonderful service!”

“So nice to have a place like this with a helpful staff. Either for a simple drop off, or complicated packaging supplies and help putting your 'stuff ' in. It is a good company.”
