“Went in for NYSI and was surprised at level of honesty and transparency. I work on my own vehicle's so I know the conditions of them and pre inspect before I take them anywhere. With that said as we all know there’s no lack of places trying to upsell things or demand unnecessary repairs at inspection time. Mike knew what he was doing and looking at and didn’t go looking for things to upcharge. By the book what was needed for NYSI. He even brought to my attention that my summer car is now 25 years old and a classic so only $10 for the inspection. Honestly and integrity is hard to find nowadays especially in the car business, but not here. I never leave reviews but I wanted to help people out there looking for repair services by highly recommending B&R. I will be using them again for any repairs I can’t do.”
“When you get into an accident and are stranded away from home it’s a shocking event that leaves you in a vulnerable position. If you don’t know who to call, the police have to make that decision for you. Although they use Memory Lane for their own towing, they will not always call them for you. It’s your vehicle. Your insurance. Your money. Your future. Make sure you stay in control. Don’t trust anyone else with your vehicle except Memory Lane. I found out the hard way. After being over charged by someone else for my initial tow of less than a mile (over $600 for my normal size car with just a punctured radiator), I called Memory Lane to get back in control and get things done in the most cost effective, efficient way possible. Now that I know better, I will always call Memory Lane and advise others to do so as well. Memory Lane, thanks so much for helping me out. I wish I would’ve known before to call you, and didn’t just acquiesce to the police’s unwitting judgment after my accident. “Had a tie rod break. The wheel was jammed up pretty bad which made it difficult to get on the truck but he made it work....AND without damaging the vehicle. Upset I never asked his name. He was great!! Arrived sooner than the estimated time and was very pleasurable to deal with. Once he got it to our garage he went above and beyond to help us get it in...VERY knowledgeable.
