I was very pleased with this company. I had to print my label and my printer was not working the guy who came tp pick up the parcels was very nice and back later on that day. I shipped to St Martin on Thursday & literally my aunt got her parcel on Friday I believe or Saturday either way that was supper fast and great. Ill be using them again and again

I am so happy to come across Avionexpress. My son moved to Israel and he has a baby and another on the way. There are certain products in the U.S. that they don’t carry there.I started a box of “wants” from my daughter in law. It became a 60 pd, extra large one. I called DHL and fedex for a quote and realized we had a problem. These shipping companies were much more than I expected ($coming in between $1,500-1,800 quotes”.I decided to call avionexpress. When they told me what the price was $359.00, I got really excited.I was a little Leary about a no-name company so I did more research and found no negative comments.I did a trial run with 10 pounds and a small box. A DSL person came within hours of my call for pick up at my door . I was surprised it was a DHL person. I thought it would have an Avionexpress label. This was amazing. It arrived in Israel door to door in 6 days.I later called DSL and asked them about Avionexpress Express and they said they send through 3rd party shippers.I’m basically using the best and most popular shipping company for 1/3rd less.Ssince then, I’ve sent multiple boxes to Israel with the same great serviceRema is great. She has been handling all my questions. Excellent customer service.
