I came into this location just now to ask if they can help me get this part of my charger out of my charging port and they told me the charger I was using was not for the phone and shouldn’t be charging. I constantly showed them the part that is on another charger I got and showed them like 4 times and still they said they couldn’t do anything. I think they are just stumped because they are confused or even just embarrassed by there miss understanding of the problem in the first place. I got the 15 pro max by the way and this is the exact place I came in to get it as well. The night crew is always so helpful but, I come in the morning/after lunch they are in willing to atleast try to get something unstuck and just send the customer out of their way to a second market. I’m going to come in tonight and see if this happens again and if it does…I don’t know what’s going to happen with this.

once i walked into the store, A worker named Ivan immediately served me and tended to my needs !! Highly recommend coming here. He also broke down everything for me, and made it clear and concise as to what i was signing myself up for. A lovely child. Definitely recommend coming here to get an iPhone 14.

These guys are so helpful!!! They helped me add a new line for my small business and they did everything possible to find me the best deal which I really appreciated! Ivan spent a long time making sure my new phone was set up properly and that my new phone number was an area code that I preferred :-). I would definitely recommend this store for hassle-free and honest shopping!

Arnav helped me with a trade-in and upgrade. He provided excellent customer service and made sure the whole process was smooth while answering any questions I had. The store was clean and I was greeted as soon as I entered. Overall great experience!

My husband and I went into this T-mobile store because he was having issues with his phone and hoped someone there could help him. He first dealt with T-mobile's customer service at home but unfortunately what they said was going to happen, didn't. Lucky for him, he got the help he needed from Arnav. Arnav was very patient listening to my husband explain his problem and was able to help him. My husband walked out of the store a very happy camper.

STAY AWAY, trust me, I don't say this about many places. I should be giving 0 stars but it's not possible. I walked in to upgrade my SIM card back in August when they said I was eligible for 1000$ free for a new phone if I went into contract. I went ahead and accepted and paid the difference, only to find out after fighting with T-Mobile corporate that they added my phone as financed and they basically then stole my trade in. They took the difference as a down payment, then when they told me to sign I received a new phone, when it was actually signing a lease. I'm still working with T-Mobile trying to figure this out. I can only imagine how many people they trick into this. Shame on me for trusting a store I thought would be reputable. In my defense I was there with a restless 5 year old. This kinda stud shouldn't be happening, all this over selling a phone, come on do better. Its not just about the money but the principal. Shame on tThey clearly have some shady business going on with trade in because when I call T-Mobile they don't even know what phone i traded in. Lesson learned, only deal with T-Mobile directly. STAY VERY FAR AWAY!!!
