This has nothing to do with the store itself but the parking lot is awful!There are no working lights in that lot so if you're there after dark you will be hard pressed to find your way safely to the car without incident. Has been this way forever and it really should be repaired

EXCELLENT PRINT SERVICE - AGAIN: THIS IS THE 2nd PRINTING OF THE SAME THING AND IT WAS AS PERFECT AS THE 1st TIME! I went online and uploaded my order for a 12x18 poster to print on foam board with coating. The result was that it was perfectly printed, perfectly trimmed and - well, the photo was mainly Black in background especially around the other edges, SOOO, somebody has the sense enough, the professionalism, to say "maybe this should be printed on Black backer-board instead of White"! I was stunned that in this day & age that someone would have the integrity and initiative to carefully think about the work they produce. I did not even know there was such a thing as Black backer-board. Thank you Staples of Garden City for going the "extra mile" to care enough about my order. This is why this is the only place and the only Staples (GARDEN CITY PARK, NY) I always go to for my print orders (posters, flyers, 4x6 promo cards, business cards) because they've always done a fine job.

The lady at the Amazon return/printing desk was beyond rude to customers. She shouldn't be working there if she hates her job this much. The set up was so disorganized. Never going back there for sure.

It possible to wait more thant 20 minutes just to get general manager to sell you a computer and see is the computer is available whet he just sitting at the computer and costomer waiting (store manager will) and I am at regulat contomer

After 15 minutes of emailing and writing down the codes an associate informed me it would be longer than a 15 minute wait for 8 copies of paper. Not sure about management as they were backed up completing orders from 5pm the previous day. Then said it would be a $5 rush fee. Have been to many staples never paid any fee nor waited longer than 10 minutes. Would recommend a different location.

Excellent and outstanding customer service on a consistent basis. Store always well stocked and super clean. Prices competitive and reasonable. Sale items also well stocked always. Brandon the associate gave us exceptional customer service for our passport photos. Highly recommended.

I went there to scan some documents by myself in the machine but I have problems and needed help. The guy who was in the printing area was unable to help me. He was ignoring me all the time until another person who was there saw me and helped me. I needed to scan 5 sheets of paper and gather them in a same document but the problem was that the sheets were different size and the machine got stuck. She was trying to help but she didn't know how to do it and asked to the guy who ignored me for help. He tried to do it and he couldn't, so he gave the sheets on my hand and told me to do it one by one and just left. I was like ok?? I said to the guy i know how to do it one by one and I am going to get everything separate, if I was asking for help is because I need everything together in a same document. He doesn't care and continue doing something in the computer. Very unhelpful service and rude attitude with customers. If he doesn't like and doesn't want to work and help customers with their needs, so this is not a workplace for him.

I called for a copy of my receipts and the associate at this store refused to help me and hang up on me after he responded with a terrible attitude. Please visit the store located at Westbury if you want a minimum of respect.

Stopped by to pick up packing items for Christmas & B-Day gift returns. Justin was so very helpful and friendly. I even said Justin. That's easy to remember your name. Will think of Justin Bieber or Justin Timberlake. We both laughed. Thank you Justin for all your help.

I went to this Staples to print a doc on card stock paper. The guy showed me three qualities of card stock, high Gloss to low gloss. I asked the price per sheet he said $1.00. I asked again. $1.00 for any one? He replied yes. I said I’ll take the high gloss one. I need twenty-five sheets. I need four of my doc. On each sheet, I need them cut. Fine, he said OK. I waited for the work, and I bought a box of envelopes for $14.99, but my bill was $73. I asked why is my bill $73 if the paper was $1.00 a sheet. He said he did not tell me $1.00. He told me AROUND $1.00. WHAAAT!!??? He charged me $1.37 per sheet. I said you told me $1.00. I asked for a manager. He called the manager. I know they can see me on camera. No one came after 5 minutes. I asked him to call for the manager again. They said someone would come in 10-15 minutes. I then told him to return my order(so sorry, I paid before checking my receipt). He said he couldn’t until a manager came. I said to call them again. I want my money back. He called again. A manager finally came. I told her the problem and asked how a salesperson could say to a customer AROUND $1.00. And do you think the customer will accept it without getting the final price to place her order? AND HE DIDN’T SAY AROUND. HE SAID $1.00 for anyone. Plus, he charges me $10 for a rush job. All he had to tell me was there was a $10 fee for this job if I needed it rushed. I didn’t know waiting on an order was a rushed job. I had the time, So I waited, no other customer was there. I could have left it and picked it up later. I didn’t NEED it immediately. Anyway, she did the return.THE PRINTING DEPT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THAT STORE HAS BEEN TERRIBLE SINCE THEY CHANGED THE WORKERS THEY HAD A YEAR AGO. ???

very helpful and incredibly nice staffs here. There was one employee that's full of energy asking everyone if they needed help. We need more employees like him.
