Vichy the manager, Akash the assistant manager, and Carlos the technician are all outstanding — knowledgeable, skilled, and respectful. Truly a team you can trust! Vichy goes above and beyond each service visit even for a simple inspection. There is no upselling and the service and parts are priced very fairly.

While the whole team was exceptionally professional, Ray truly exemplified customer service when he drove to another location to pick up the correct tires (after discovering the wrong ones were ordered from my phone consultation). He kept me in my price range, and ensured I was still out the door in the estimated time frame. This was my first encounter with Mavis in WP, but it certainly won't be my last.”
