Pharmacy Staff is outstanding. The comments from the people complaining failed to understand or comprehend that the pharmacy is understaffed and doing their best to meet their needs. I am sure anyone with common sense and empathy can see that.

Horrible customer service. Every employee seems annoyed to help you. They have no business being an authorized FedEx location either. When you can beg someone to help you they don't understand how to use the FedEx package scanner. Today at 1:00pm the employee told me to just leave the FedEx package. He asked me if I knew the tracking number so that he could scan it later. What???? When I said no & that I needed it scanned, he lied to me and told me FedEx had already picked up and my package wouldn't go out until Monday anyway. I took my package back & left. I've yet to find one helpful person in this store. If they hate their jobs so much they should go work elsewhere! The FedEx / photo section is also filthy.

The service at this photo center is terrible and unprofessional. I waited for almost 20 minutes without any service, while employees walked past me. The person who ended up helping me had the nastiest and most condescending attitude.On a positive note, it is a big store and stocked with many items. Specifically, they had some adorable Valentine's Day items. I do not recommend the photo center, but shopping here is recommended for other items.

I usually use Google Photos but I decided to give Walgreens a try. Ordered an cube ornament and a print book of our baby for my mother. The ornament came out as ordered. However, the print book was an absolute disaster. They cut the head off half - yes half - of the pictures. Either they didn't care to look or looked at the prints before telling me to pic it up and thought "hey that's ok". Either way, very poor quality control. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

Pharmacy is slow, inefficient and apathetic. Total waste of time. Pharmacy claimed I didn't have an appointment, which I did. Pharmacist had no interest in helping me. Too many bad experiences with pharmacy. Will be going to competitor with better service and customer appreciation

Call 1 hour to confirm pharmacy able to pick up my medication as well as my family. No body answer phone for ever ! Worst customer service ever!

Once again the staff was amazing, pleasant, patient and very knowledgeable. I usually get Dove body wash but asked Rezwana about other products that great for women of colour due to the fact that our skin drys up quickly I said to her. The went it detail about Raw Sugar. So I go 2. Got home and see that that's the product my hubby buys for hand soap for both bathroom. :) Thank you again Rezwana. This will not be my body wash moving forward.

Check your prescription before you leave the store, this pharmacy will forget to fill multiple prescriptions. My doctor prescribed 3 meds on Monday, only two were filled, no mention of the missing prescription. I called and confirmed with doctor that 3 meds Rx sent same time. I called Walgreens on 06/16 to check on the missing prescription, “system issues, med will be ready tomorrow after 4pm”, why the delay? “covid situation “ no apologies at all, give me a break, NYS reopen as of June 15. This is not acceptable when the pharmacy caused the delay and using COVID as excuse.

I would give 0 stars. I've been here three times and every time there is only one person at the register. There's a long line and each person always only has one item. The people they hire to handle the registers are incompetent.

I was pretty devastated. I ordered a big, expensive print job for a friend's birthday from this location and they messed it up. The Photo department was MIA for hours, so I was frustrated. I got in touch with Kay, the store manager, who provided a solution and stayed on the phone with me for thirty minutes until he said he would fix it, so I appreciated that. So I wanted to shout out to him for his wonderful service, but in the end, he didn't do what he said he would do. I went to the store twice with my stuff not printed properly, and being asked by the staff to pay for it, too. Kay let me down. I hope the department becomes more organized and attentive, that they learn to answer the phone and not hang up on you, and that they improve their service, because today they wasted my time.
