Very unprofessional experience . I’m a new customer and I feel like I stepped into a ward of some sort . Not a pleasant experience and the teller didn’t seem to interested in helping me with my concerns .

One star because it is understaffed, waited approximately 32 minutes to be attended. Although I can compliment on the staff for being nice and professional. They apologized for wait the wait , which of course it can get busy but more employees are needed at this location.

Haven’t visited the branch inside; stopped by after hours to use ATM. There’s no walk-up accessible ATM after hours, only drive-through. Not a big issue, but I always appreciate being able to walk up.

Absolutely no sense of customers service...branch manager makes her own rules.. avoid this branch like the plague. Other banks or branches have consistently been more cordial letting customers access their $ timely and not waste their time with their own made up rules.

I don’t like the fact this branch has different hours than the branches in the local area , All the branches should have the same branch hours . Unfair to the customers , other banks have the same hours weather your in garden city or Hicksville. The drive up atm is clean . I’m glad Wells Fargo is taking precautions due to Covid 19, right now should not a be a time to be opening a account

I understand the realities of Covid19 but over three months since it started, Wells Fargo has still closed the Great Neck Branch and this branch is appointment only. Other large and small banks in the area have had continuous walk-in services since day one of the pandemic. It’s about time to reopen considering you can now get a haircut in Nassau County but you can’t walk in to a Wells Fargo branch in GCP and withdraw your money from a teller.

I have been banking with Wells Fargo for 15 years or better. However for the last few years I have been going to this branch. Their is a young woman by the name of Raquel who is truly a pleasure to deal with. She always have a smile on her face and knows her job. When you speaks with Raquel you know your business will be handled in a professional way. I would like to say "Thank You Raquel" for all your help since I started coming into this branch.Wells Fargo need more people like Mz Raquel.

This is one of the worst banking Experiences I have ever had in my life. corporate should shut this branch down for having incompetent staff. I was at this branch today for over 3 hours for a 5 minute transaction that took over 15 minutes, I had to send the can back 4 times to correct the paperwork they kept messing up. They had one line open for 40+ cars. I will be ending my relationship with WF after 15 years over today. I would give 0 stars if I could...
