Called the main number in Garden City, NY to request actual, physical AAA Cards for both myself and my husband. Every time (5 times) that I got through, the call dropped and I was cut off. Finally used my cell phone and reached an actual person, requested a card, but still have not received the actual, physical card. Any suggestions?

Made an appointment online for DMV transactions at the AAA Garden City location. Plenty of parking in the rear. I was taken right away, even earlier than my scheduled appointment. Staff was very helpful. A surprisingly, pleasant experience.

Went here to get my IDP (International Drivers Permit). I didn't have to wait long and it was a quick and painless process. The staff here were very pleasant and professional. The place offers some DMV services which may be of interest for those looking to avoid the wait at the DMV. Be careful with parking though. Park head in according to the diagonal parking spots. The town officer will ticket you quick if not.

This AAA is AAA Excellent, the staff is totally professional and they get the job done professionally and timely. The staff at the front desk have excellent customer service skills and they're a pleasure to do business with. I'm totally grateful that I came here with my brother. Both of us received excellent service.
