Have taken both my car and my sister's car to Wilson and his team. Best repair shop I have ever gone to! Happened across Wilson's shop when searching for a place to get my state inspection done. He was super transparent about the repairs my car needed and explained the prices and process for every repair needed. He's the only mechanic I trust with my car now. With previous mechanics I was given the run around as to why my engine light was still coming on after paying hundreds for multiple repairs. Wilson is extremely concise with his explanations and will even lift your car and show you exactly what he's talking about. Was able to get both my car and my sister's car repairs done in only a day each! Very trustworthy mechanic. If you are looking for a new repair shop, this one comes highly recommended!

My family and I were on a vacation this weekend, and unfortunately on our way to a dinner reservation a sensor for a low tire went off. Luckily, I got to Authority Auto Care just in time to see what they could do to help. Wilson, a mechanic, went out of his way to patch two of my tires with nail punctures and stayed after they were supposed to close at 6. We can't thank him enough, as this would have been a disaster if he didn't go above and beyond to help us. Much thanks to Wilson.

I went there for flat tire and the service was really quick and he even checked all my tire pressure without me asking which was nice. 2 of them needed more air which I was planning on doing myself later.

A mechanic garage with honest work ethic and policies. Had my brakes and rotors changed by Wilson however they ended up squeaking. He replaced everything while under warranty without the usual fight/teeth pulling push back one would encounter at other garages. Speedy change also, did everything within the day of drop off.

I worked with Wilson and had a fantastic experience. I was pretty worried when I got a flat and my tire couldn't be easily found but he jumped on the case on a weekend and had me driving again by Tuesday, which was weeks sooner than my last experience trying to replace these specialty tires. Nice people but gotta watch their deals on job done. They replaced two tires and in the process broke the tire pressure sensor. Older guy tried to hide it but he knew he was wrong so gave me a discount.

What really stood out to me was feeling like they CARED. One of the best experiences I've ever had with a garage. My transmission died and I really thought my car was a goner, but Authority fixed it up for reasonable, TRANSPARENT cost. Can't recommend them enough!!Services: Transmission

Great business....they did a few major jobs and it was well done...for this reason I gave him more jobs since then...they know what they're doing.
