Build-A-Bear Workshop Garden City is a place where you can create your own unique plush toy by adding outfits, sounds, and scents. You can also record a custom voice message to bring an extra special touch. It is a fun time for children, who absolutely love it. The store offers a sweet birthday tradition where you can get a bear for the price of your child's age if you have an account. The location is now a smaller stall in the mall rather than a full shop. Some staff members are described as extremely nice, fun, amazing, pleasant, warm, comforting, and extremely pleasant to talk to. However, experiences with staff can vary; some workers can be quite persuasive in making you buy more things, while others may seem overbearing, a bit rude, or less than enthused. You can host a PAWsome party there for a birthday or other event, which includes hands-on fun, a customized furry friend, and a Special Heart ceremony. It is recommended to have a good idea of what you want and a budget before you visit.
A little stand but the lady that helped us was extremely nice and fun for the kids. I forgot her name but she was amazing. I would deff recommend

It’s always a fun time taking my daughter to Build-A-Bear she absolutely loves it! Every year on your child’s birthday if you have an account you can get a bear for the price of their age. For example, my daughter turned eight so I only paid eight dollars plus tax for her Build-A-Bear. It’s such a sweet birthday tradition.

Went for my son’s first birthday. They switched the location of the store, it is much smaller now and all the nostalgia of the original build a bear is gone. One of the workers was very overbearing*lol* and a bit rude with direction. The other worker barely spoke to us that made our bear and seemed less than enthused... read full comment
