Citibank had excellent customer service experience at a well located branch. The ATM is easy to access and works without problems. Front desk associates are very friendly, courteous and expedient, making work with them easy. Customers describe staff as super friendly, sweet and lovely, they highly recommend this location. The branch provides notary that is quick and easy. The overall experience is always wonderful and great. Out of all the branches this location great feedback.
Every time I have gone, I have not had any setbacks, and the space there is enough to have a good experience.
