I came into this branch last Friday afternoon for a special signing session with Darryl Strawberry and Ron Darling of the 1986 Mets. We arrived really early to get on line first so we could leave sooner rather than later. The people at Citi did a real nice job setting this one up. They served the same thing as last time when Keith Hernandez signed at the Forest Hills branch. Originally, only Darryl Strawberry was scheduled to be here and last second, they decided to surprise everyone on line with a special guest. At first, everyone was speculating that the special guest would be Doc Gooden since he canceled his appearance last Friday at the Manhasset branch. The best part about the signing this time around, both players were willing to sign multiple personal memorabilia items and the parking lot is huge! When people found out Ron Darling was going to be there, several fanboys rushed to their cars and brought out more Mets stuff for them to sign. When Keith signed, you were only permitted to have 1 item signed. It was a great experience meeting these guys. *UPDATE* 7/30/2014 For those who did not like this review because I was not informative enough about Citi. Please visit for more information about their offers, rates, accounts, etc. As far as this branch is concerned. Every banker, teller were really friendly upon our visit to get a autograph from the former Mets players. They asked everyone on line if anyone was interested in opening an account. Some jokingly told the banker that they just closed theirs which prompt many laughs from the crowd. This branch is extremely clean and organized, easy to get to on Franklin Ave and the parking lot is a godsend for those who hate street parking. There was no line for the teller or ATM. This bank is very well lit, nice and bright, and the AC was on full blast. Is that informative enough for you Ding T./Chet T. or whatever you call yourself?
