The Pharmacy unit needs training in customer service and efficiency. My doctor sent a vaccine request to this location. When I didn’t hear anything I called to inquire when the vaccine would be ready; this was a day after the prescription was put in. The woman who answered was incredibly rude and condescending, telling me she knew about this case because I had called three times the day before. When I informed her that this was the first time I was calling and just wanted to know when I could come get the vaccine, she said I needed to wait yet another day because the pharmacist wouldn’t approve giving me the vaccine my doctor ordered. I’m not sure why a pharmacy team thinks they have the right to overrule a doctor who has titer results proving the need for a vaccine, but here we are. So rather than going to my neighborhood pharmacy to get this vaccine, I now need to travel to a Walgreens 20 minutes away to get this shot. Zero stars all around and I will never step foot in this store again until the women who I spoke to on the phone no longer works here.

The Garden City pharmacy staff are wonderful and very knowledgeable people. One of the staff workers, Michael, helped me find the supplements needed for my calcium deficiency. He was very knowledgeable of what to take that could help. 10/10

The worst pharmacy employee is Tarita!!! She’s rude, condescending and had an attitude when I called in and left my script in the refrig instead of making sure the delivery guy got it on his next pickup. I called at 10am and waited all day until 6m when I called again, to learn my meds were still in their refrig!!! Thank God “Michael” helped me and not only made sure the delivery guy (Rich) received it but “Michael” even followed up and called me to make sure I got it - you know Tarita wouldn’t have bothered! I learned the next day Tarita has been there for 10 years AND EVERY CUSTOMER COMPLAINS ABOUT HER!!! Why don’t they get rid of her? She is BAD FOR BUSINESS AND CORPORATE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT HER ATTITUDE!!! The other pharmacy employees and those throughout the Garden City location (like Mary, Sheena, & Romon Deep) are so efficient, helpful, polite and friendly. However, the Walgreens pharmacy down the street rates so much higher and is the preferred pharmacy by far!! Unfortunately our insurance is affiliated with CVS😞😞😒

Two employees, Ian and Franklin, were great. They helped me download pictures and were extremely patient and polite. They made my shopping experience a pleasant experience!

I had a great experience with CVS pharmacy. I went to buy a drug over the counter, I asked one of the technicians he came to me and got it for me.

Manager was rude, only 2 people for a line of customers, I only hadd a few products & the self checkout was going off but the people were told to wait their turn. Disgrace

Absolute worse pharmacy ever. The technician named Tarita was horrible. Had a bad attitude and didn’t want to answer. Suddenly she come up from the side (when I was being told by her that I have to line up again because she didn’t help), and then she asked rudely “do u have a problem with me?”. I told her, “huh, i am just using my phone”, and paused and I continue to say “but now yes, I do have a problem with you”.
Go learn some manner Miss. If you don’t want to work in a pharmacy, maybe you need to go back to a school to teach you so proper manner.

It's ashame we can't get good service at the CVS stores anymore. Not to mention deplorable cleanliness in some of the locations. Go to family owend pharmacies you'll get better service at same and lower price!

Went into this CVS yesterday. There was a 50% sign over the Dove deodorant and they rang up One at full price and one at half price.. So the worker at the register called the manager.. Not only was he extremely rude, but he was also condescending.. He walked with me to the aisle and snatched the signs down. Stating, oh, this is for valentine's stuff.. When clearly there was nothing valentine in that area.. He refused to honor the fifty percent off. And walked away mumbling. I refuse to go back to this store ever again

Almost every cvs is poorly run (I should know I work at one) but this one’s pharmacy might be even worse than the one I work at. Don’t waste your time when there are many convenience/pharmacy options near this store. The pharmacist who assisted me did try her best so she is truly the only saving grace.

I wish I had taken photos but you can clearly see and the pharmacy department that they are feeling prescriptions without gloves also the staff is beyond rude and not helpful I would rather drive 25 mph plus to go somewhere else than to use this CVSThe whole lot and the pharmacy department can use retraining every single one of them

A CVS sales associate named Claire helped bag my items and was very helpful.
