Honestly, do not recommend shopping at this store Most of the employees there are very unprofessional and don’t know how to interact with customers. When I shopped at this store, I was given wrong information And really bad attitudes

The staff here didn’t greet, like five staff in store while almost no customers inside and they were all talking amongst themselves, only one seemed to help while others didn’t want to be bothered and any question I had, it seemed like they didn’t want to help or give me true information and just want to take your money.

Purchsed the new and highly marketed Don pant online (pant legs shorter than 32 not available in store). They threw all these promotions at me to sign up as a VIP to get a cheaper price, so i ordered 4 pairs, thinking i could exchange if i needed.
I went to this store to return and exchange one pair for a bigger waist size. Since my length is only online, they said i can return them all, then buy the size online at the same price.
Since i had canceled my VIP (didn't want to get charged every month), they said i can't buy the pant at the price i originally paid. Mind you, all i wanted to do was exchange the pant i already bought! They sales girl seemed like she had NO interest in helping me out and had no problem losing a customer. I actually WANTED the pants, but she just didn't want to help.
This was my first time trying this brand, but I'm turned off by the complexity of how their business works. No fabletics for me.

Love the deals they have for first-time members. Only downside is the size of the store is very small so they don't have much of a selection. Especially the men's department.Also the staff should be more attentive and welcoming rather than sit there and talk to each other. The whole time I was there I didn't get asked if I needed help or anything.

Great service, Store Manager Amanda is extremely helpful, knows the customers and guides the customer in makes choices. Very personable place.

Nice atmosphere I guess but small and not the greatest selection. One worker was nice but the other kinda just gave up and told me to go back to manhattan to return it at the original store cuz she couldn’t figure out how to refund one of the items

I visited the Roosevelt Field store for the first time Saturday night September Ninth........ never again. The two ladies were in there with no shoes on there feet and seemed bothered to be of any help. I asked for a specific item I was told abruptly they didn't have it ,was an old item. I persisted saying I saw it on line on sale, she said it was an old item hasn't been around for awhile. I went to try something on and when I came out the pants I asked about where sitting on counter, she said she found a pair but couldn't give me the sale price as advertised. The pants were on sale and she refused to give me sale price.She said I would have to pay full price. I asked her why and she said that's the policy!! Well went to ARIE and found beautiful clothes and the staff was a delight! Fabletics is horrible and a ripoff!
