I don’t think I’ve ever had a more unpleasant experience with a customer service rep there. My boyfriend went to this location physically to figure out where my package was as they had attempted once and left one door tag which he signed and left for the driver next day. Came home and it was still there. He spoke with a woman who said it was held at this facility but because it had my name he couldn’t pick it up, which was disappointing but understandable. as he was walking out the door 1:20pm or so she grabbed him before leaving and offered to do a late delivery the next day for him between 330-530 so he could get out of work early and be sure to be home for it. Checked the status this morning when it was to be in the truck and it shows that it’s still held at the facility.Called and spoke to Tracy. She had an attitude from the start and refused to help or provide guidance when the delivery was only attempted once and only left one tag while he was home the other two days she said they had tried! She said things like”nope it’s going back, delivery drivers aren’t required to leave more than one note, you should have been home”-HE WAS HOME!!! She would not assist to reschedule a delivery as the woman at the front desk had offered my bf the day before saying there were no notes and basically called me a liar saying he didn’t even go in or there would be notes!!! Her attitude grew nastier cutting me off while I was trying to get help. Tracy wouldn’t provide her full name or area management contact and hung up on me as soon as I asked. Horrible, upsetting experience. Tracy should not be in any sort of customer service. Do not come here or call if you value you your time and sanity. I will be filing a complaint and hope this woman finds a different career where she won’t be so miserable.

First off, you all need to get your bearings right on the location. The fools that are “correcting” the location on Maps and on the Fedex site can’t tell the difference between a Ship Center and an Office Print&Ship store. Address 510 is the south side of Stewart Ave. Odd addresses are on the north side, where the Fedex Office store is. I’ve been to both because someone thought they were smart and changed the location. Stop screwing with it. With that out of the way, it’s a bit understaffed and overcrowded, with holds not always showing up in a timely manner.

I have more delayed deliveries than on time deliveries whenever my package goes through garden city. They also retroactively mess with the travel history/status and frequently ignore hold for pick up and signature required options. These issues happen only when the packages come from garden city instead of bethpage. Obviously poor management at this location.

The FedEx branch is my go to for shipping. The staff are always helpful and go out of their way to aid in printing labels or package shipments. The store is neat and orderly. There is a station to package you items. The parking lot is large and there are generally always spots available. This location used to be 24 hours which was really awesome as I would come here at odd hours to ship to avoid lines and traffic traveling here but, sadly, that is no longer the case.

Walked in, 2 people in front of me, within 10 minutes, 2 people behind me. No FedEx employees in sight. A FedEx employee finally comes from the back room, and after 15 minutes, it's my turn. I was told their scanner does not read QR codes, which is what I had for my FedEx return. I was sent to another FedEx store to be helped. What an inept FedEx store. I definitely will not return here.

Last scanned at this location and they sent me an empty package. The delivery guy delivered this empty package 2 hours later than usual. A picture of this delivery guy shadow and the empty package box to show delivery was made. I've been calling FedEx 1800 everyday and the agent told me they have asked this location for updates. No words from this location. This is a joke! Please stay away from this FedEx location and use other shipping company!
