They left the security tag on underwear that was sold in a box I found it when I got home I live over an hour away they didn’t put the receipt in the bag and I can’t reach anyone by phone ! So frustrating !

Ive been into the shoe game for a while and wanted to give Jd a shot. I went there twice this past week. I was contemplating on walking out after they took forever to bring me another size to try on to compare to the one I had tried first. There were
barely any customers in the store, had to wait 15-20 min just for them to bring me the other shoe. One of the employees was playing with a duster swiffer hitting the other employee who decided to help me out since the wait was getting long and started hitting him, getting dust all over me. I went there today and called beforehand to see if they had another shoe instock, they told me they did in my size and they put it on the side for me within the hour. I went there and they looked at me like I had 10 heads telling me there is no shoes on hold and none in stock. Specifically one employee giving me an attitude because they messed up and got confused with another shoe and made me come out there for no reason. Customer service sucks, and its crazy since the employees make there money from the shoe sales and they giving attitude to people who are willing to spend $200 consistently on some sneakers.

Garbage location. Customer service sucks. They sold me a pair of sneakers that was too right foot sneakers. They sell sneakers that people have worn and walked around in. I almost bought a new pair of shoes that were all white and they had scuffs on the back. Avoid!

Horrible service on this occasion, the Manager Angie treated me in bad taste, they waste a lot of time on the cell phone and talking a lot among their colleagues, they start laughing as if they were laughing at the client in a sarcastic way. More seriousness in the service and waste less time among colleagues and provide faster service to the customer and be friendlier.

I wish I could give a big fat ZERO!! The customer service is horrible. I waited 30 minutes to have a pair of sneakers passed to me. That was after having to flag down a rep despite many of them standing around shooting the breeze and using profanity. Then a rep took customers from the back of the line. Horrible. Never again.

the people working here are absolutely careles. They take 1hour to find a pair of shoes. All they do is joke around and waste customer’s precious time. This is very unprofessional behaviour please i request the higher authority to look into this matter seriously .

Hello if you are wanting to apply here and get an interview save yourself time and DONT. Unfortunately if you are the male gender you aren’t going to get far with they’re new management team. To start off with when I went to see if they were hiring the manager told me to apply when I’m 18 and that he’ll “hire me in a heart beat”. Now a day or two later my boyfriend went to apply which at the time he was the legal age to work there, the same manager gave attitude and said to apply online. He waited about 3 weeks and kept calling to schedule an interview and it was so difficult to get in hold of the store manager. He told him to come in at a certain date and time (which he did) and the store manager wasn’t there. But however the same guy who told me he’ll hire me in a heart beat he interview him and had attitude the whole time and didn’t care to be there. We waited for 2 week which turned into a month and so on; never got a call back even when he called they told him to wait another week. This isn’t the first time this happened this also happened to a couple other male friends. NOW PLEASE DO NOT APPLY HERE THEYRE WAY PAST UNPROFESSIONAL!

I had to return to this store 3 times. The people that work there are very absent minded. You really have to check the box inside that it’s literally the right shoe and size. They will put the wrong shoes in the wrong box or even give you a different shoe. I went home and they were different shoes!!!!! These ppl that work there really don’t know how to do there job and they are always on the phone not helping customers. Go to a different JD store. It’s like 10 associates just walking around in the store and like 10 behind a desk on their phone. Very ghetto and childlike place of adults

There are a couple of sneaker stores you can visit in the mall. Today at JD, Isaac talked with me about a pair of shoes I was interested in. I didn't want to stay long and would have bought anything. But he showed me some other pairs that were of a similar vibe which he thought I might like. I tried on 4 different pairs of asics and new balances, and the pair I left with was one of his alternative recommendations. I didn't think much of it, till just now I'm sitting here realising I'm so glad I didn't get the first three pairs- these ones are truly the best. Thank you.
