As soon as I walked in I didn’t feel welcomed by the sales associate I thought I was supposed to shop with, but I ended up having a nice experience with Raven. She was very sweet, attentive, and nicely explained things to us. She is a great asset to the store and made the experience for my mom comfortable. Definitely recommend shopping with Raven!

The sales associate Victor. M from the fragrance section gave us an amazing presentation. We traveled today to olfactory in the city.. looking for a good experience, we were disappointed and decided to go to Bloomingdale's to try some fragrances, when we say we were blown away by Victor's knowledge and passion, is an understatement. He is so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his line of work. We had a truly pleasurable experience. What an asset he is to bloomgdales. We will be coming back to him for fragrances. Thank you Victor!!

I came in looking for a pair of sunglasses ,they lied to me and said they had them and could not sell them to me because there limited and they had to pull them off the shelves .they said even the Gucci store in the city and Manhasset had the same policy ,I left and drove to Manhasset walked in and bought the same sunglasses no problem Angelo helped me no problem easy and smooth.

It was great shopping here!! My first ever Gucci products!!! Raven was super helpful, I went in with one idea and Raven made a few suggestions that I was ecstatic about. When I went home and opened my bag, I was pleasantly surprised by the birthday card from Raven!! She's so sweet! Thanks Raven for making my first shopping experience at Gucci fabulous!!

I had a phenomenal experience with Miao Zhang today at Roosevelt Field Gucci. She was so patient as I went around and asked 100 different questions, and gave her honest opinion which is always the best way to get a sale in my opinion. I will be recommending her to everyone I know that shops at Gucci and will be back to see her for sure. Everyone at the store was incredibly sweet and went out of their way to be welcoming. Highly suggest visiting this store and asking for Miao!! Looking forward to wearing my gorgeous new bag!

Gucci in Bloomingdales was great at selling me a bag, BUT once I realized I wouldn't get much use out of it (too small), and went to return it- the Gucci store employees pretended like they didn't know or recognize me. Mean while- I have the sales reps personal email right on my phone, after HE EMAILED ME complementing my sale. I understand it's life- to be on the sales floor and come across many human interactions. But please- do not try to butter me up to make your sale but when it comes to a return- act like a whole different person. Not to mention- ALL OVER THE INTERNET- Gucci's return policy is 30 days. I had to pull it up In stores and fight! They claim it's 14 days. I'm sorry this is Pandemic life now. There are new protocols in place and so I did not appreciate the horrid customer service at all. The sales rep was so rude, and had to go speak with a manager 2 times. At that point- please bring your manager out to speak to me directly. I should never have to fight for my rights in such a high end, name brand store. I couldn't be more disappointed and so I HIGHLY recommend going to LV. You will get MUCH more of your money's worth. And I will never be returning to Gucci again. About to sell all my products Bc I don't believe in representing a company with horrible staff.
