Terrible service and discriminatory behavior:
I was told by the person at the register that although my item was on sale, I could return it within 30 days. I even confirmed this with him before purchasing. The next day, I came back to return the item because it didn’t fit my sister. The women at the counter, including the manager, refused the return and were extremely rude and dismissive.
One of them even said, “You should read your receipt before purchasing.” — which makes no sense. How can anyone read a receipt before making a purchase? That’s exactly why I asked the staff member beforehand.
Even if the item is non-returnable, there is a professional way to communicate that. Instead, they chose to be condescending, hostile, and made me feel like I was being targeted—there was clear racial bias in how I was treated.
I also have video and photo evidence of the incident and plan to post it on social media so others are aware of how this location treats customers. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had at this store. Every time I visit, the staff are either uninterested, unwilling to help, or just plain rude—whether it’s at the register, fitting rooms, or on the floor.
This store seriously needs to train its staff in customer service, professionalism, and respect.

Purchased some items in store for my daughter and was charged higher price than written on the tags. Went back for price adjustment and grabbed the same items in store to prove it. Was told by this rude manager that "A pen is a pen. Anyone could have written it" implying I wrote it to change the price. Didn't care the same item in store has the same price also written on it. Not sure how such a terrible person qualifies to be a manager.

The H&M location at Roosevelt Field is also lacking when it comes to clothing options. I came here to look for a specific type of pants and a shirt but was unable to find anything similar to what I was looking for. As with every H&M store, there are 2 levels one for women and one for men and kids.

The store was organized and neat everything was where it was supposed to be. The cashier was polite and courteous However he left the alarms on my clothes. It's such a inconvenience to come all the way back just for that.

This H&M just always seems so packed clothes wise. Hard to walk through and no air inside. They do have a large variety just hard to enjoy shopping there

when me and my friends were walking out of the store a man that allegedly works there accused my friend of stealing something. “give me the gray item in your bag” he said. we didn’t know he worked there and were very scared and we thought someone was trying to rob my friend. he never identified himself and just kept saying give me the gray item in your bag. when we finally figured out he was security or something we showed the man the receipt for the “gray item”. he thought the receipt was fake and made us go get a manager. the manger came over and we showed her the receipt and she let us go immediately. that man is not at all qualified for whatever job he has there and needs to be fired. we all felt very scared and he was being very aggressive.he also accused one of my other friends of “stealing jewelry” when we didn’t even go near the jewelry section. none of us did anything to make this man think we were stealing. absolute terrible experience and none of us will ever enter that store ever again. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

No big complaints, just the store systems showed item in stock, but it wasn't. Staff was friendly. Fitting rooms could not be locked so there's a false sense of privacy there. Overall... ok.
