I walked into the store and I was not greeted. I was in the store for about twenty minutes and no staff members asked if I needed help. They asked other customers but not me.

Visited during what seemed to be not busy hours. There were maybe 3-4 other customers in the store. Selection of clothing was great and store floor cleanliness was as well. The reason for my 3 star review is because of the lack of customer service. I was walking around the store with a heavy armfull of clothing and three store associates at separate times walked past me and not one asked if they could start me a fitting room. Nor did they greet me/welcome me to the store. Not sure how the factory store operates but the regular J. Crew isn’t like this. Customers shouldn’t have to face lesser quality service just because it’s the factory outlet. I probably won’t be returning. The carpet in the fitting room was pretty dirty too.

I love J Crew clothing style. I normally buy my clothing thru online but today, I decided to pickup my order at this location. I needed it for my coming trip and it's worth trying if available in the store than waiting thru the mail. Luckily, my shoes are available. As usual, I got it on sale price. Right size as marked, beautiful quality and a good buy for the price. I looked around the store after. Great selections. Beautiful displays. Pricy but if you purchase an item on full price, you are definitely paying for the quality. Staff is friendly. Clean store.
