I had a VERY bad experience today 11/5/1024. I was there to drop off a specimen at 10:30am and the receptionist, Michelle, was VERY rude, annoyed and refused to help me and made nasty comments. Apparently she didn't know the words PLEASE and THANK YOU.

Great staff! Mashal(Michelle) and Marsha were amazing. My boyfriend and son needed to get blood taken. We had two appointments 7:30 and 7:45 we were finished and leaving by 7:40. My son is only one and had never gotten blood taken before they made it so easy. They both were so sweet and caring with my son. Would definitely recommend the location and to ask for Mashal(Michelle) or Marsha!

Mashal is the BEST! My cousin had to get her blood drawn and she was afraid of throwing up, but Mashal made sure she drew blood slowly and made her feel so much better. They were also super fast considering we were walk ins!

Completely blown away by the service from the minute you enter the office. I’ve spent a lifetime having issues every single time I needed blood drawn until today. I can’t ever recall having success on the first try before today . I’ve found my new lab for all future draws. Thank you Mashal, you are a true professional and awesome at your job. Labcorp is fortunate to have you.

Just had the best experience ever with Mashal (Michelle?) drawing blood from my
13 year old son, who was very nervous about it. She was warm and friendly but also amazingly fast. It was over before any of us knew it. I’ll definitely go here for everyone in my family in the future

I went to this Labcorp location, best experience ever. Mashal is wonderful, patient and reassuring. I had an issue with the orders not being sent and I was on a time crunch. Michelle was very patient as I started to become agitated by the wait to get the orders. When it was time to draw my blood, Michelle was very reassuring and very skilled, I have difficult veins and it’s usually an awful experience. Highly recommend this Labcorp.

Very unprofessional and treated me like I was a child. Went for a urine screening and I wasn’t feeling good. Why am I pouring my own urine into 2 test tubes?

The only place I'll go. The phlebotomist here is professional and experienced with both adults and babies. She successfully drew blood from my toddler in under 5 minutes. Highly recommend. I am usually in and out in under 15 mins.

I had a really bad experience on my visit yesterday - I got to the lab a few minutes before it closed and felt very rushed by the woman who tried to take my blood. She stuck me twice without success and I felt handled like cattle. It was the first time someone has ever taken needles out of me without placing a piece of gauze over the needle as it slides out first. She also painfully jabbed the needle around in my arm once it was in there while trying to find a vein and repeatedly said “not at the end of the day, I don’t need this, not the last one” which was abhorrent to hear while a needle is me. I believe she didn’t thoroughly check to find the best veins before jabbing me with the needles because it all felt extremely rushed. She kept on telling me that I could go somewhere else as well. I am challenging to find a vein on at a doctor’s office but this is the first actual blood lab I’ve went to that did not find my vein in my entire life. She also didn’t put bandaids on me until after she had tried both arms, so my punctures were left bleeding in open air. It was a very bad experience and I do NOT recommend going to this location.

Will be coming here for bloodwork from now on! I’ve heard this place has come a long way since the new management so do not let the former bad reviews fool you! Mashal was such a sweetheart! She is super efficient, quick, and very friendly. The place is clean and well kept and it is easy to find the suite in the building. I made an appointment online and they are very good with punctuality, I did not have to wait long. This place goes above and beyond, definitely recommend coming here for bloodwork :-)

Labcorp is a huge disappointment no matter which location i go to. I don’t understand the difficulty in blood being drawn and results being sent to the doctor and not lost on the abyss somewhere. This is the fourth time i have had to track down my results for my dr. I’m done with Labcorp
