Absolutely terrible customer service from sales personnel to management. Meeting quota seems to be more important than customers. I bought 2 items while visiting friends in NJ and decided to return these brand new items FOR OTHER ITEMS a week later. I was denied because they “ didn’t like how tags are attached”. Even after speaking to NJ associate, they said no. Doris, VP / general manager of NM LI was dismissive and absolutely not helpful.Because of management like this who don’t train their associates appropriately, NM will never be an upscaled store. LI is too much bougie-ness and no class.
