The Nassau Inter-County Express runs as efficient today as the first time I utilized the service about a decade ago in my opinion. The service goes all the way to areas in Queens through Nassau County and even has stops in Massapequa and the Amityville railroad station in Suffolk County.Arriving back to the NY area I was surprised the routes I needed weren't cut or operating less frequent than normal. I was able to travel from Queens to Amityville just spending $2.90 as opposed to having to take the Long Island Railroad from Jamaica, Queens to Amityville and end up spending more.Very pleased with the service.#nassaureviews #theroneshellmanmediareviews #nassauintercountyexpressreviews

0 stars. These buses are consistently late, they are stuck in the stone ages with fare payment (after 3 years, still no omny), and the bus drivers are the worst human beings, with terrible attitude. We waited 15 minutes for the n20 bus to show up in flushing and then encountered an extremely unpleasant (not to mention, UNHELPFUL) driver. I wasn't able to board because I had no other way of paying except omny phone tap.I highly do not recommend this disservice.

Used this system for the first time in years, and happened to leave my Metrocard at home by accident. Driver understood my situation and allowed me to hop on. THIS is good civics and an example of what public transportation should be.Not including driver/route info, in case the higher ups at NICE disagree with this belief.

Wednesday morning waiting for the bus got there at 8:45 waiting for the 906 and 6:00 the 916 nobody was driving the buses out they were sitting around looking at one another what is going on with nice it's getting worse and worse by the day

I don't even want to give them 1 star. The NICE bus is so horrible, and it's so inconsistent. I am a college student that needs to get home on time to pick her sister up from the bus stop. But at this point, it's faster to run all the way to great neck than take this absolute crap of a bus. There's no point of the transit app because it's so inaccurate since the bus drivers don't care about other people's time.One time, I was waiting at the stop to go home, and the app said 6 minutes. I obviously knew that it wouldn't come on time so I was mindlessly waiting, until I saw the bus coming. I got my card out and walked near the sign to show the bus driver that I was taking that bus, but he FLIPPED ME OFF AND JUST DROVE PAST ME!!! I ended up taking the train because it was faster to ride the train than waiting 20 minutes and then another 50 minutes to get home. Another time, I was running over to the stop with my mask on, and before I got on the bus, I put my mask halfway down to catch my breath, and went on. The bus driver told me to put my mask on, and I told him I would, and as I was trying to pay, he prevented me from paying! So I thought to myself, maybe he saw that I was a student so he just let me through, how nice! I was wrong because the next thing I knew, he was demanding me to pay. YOU LITERALLY COVERED THE METRO CARD SCANNER!!!! But on the next stop, he talked in a nicer tone to the adults?!I think that this bus system needs to be seriously reviewed and improved because so many people, including me, to go to school and go to work. They need to improve their system and their drivers.

I have NOTHING GOOD to say about this bus company. I have had to watch my daughter use the N31/32 for the last 5 months now and it has been Hell. The bus drivers are nasty, they are either early or late to the stops, one driver got all the way to Far Rockaway and just put everyone off 5 stops before the last stop because he didn't want to be re-routed due to construction. The last straw was this week she was at the Lynbrook stop and the driver drove right by her and didn't even stop. I watched him. Im getting her a car. I remember using the buses when I was younger and they had people at the stops watching them to make sure they were on time, now I don't know what is going on. I called to complain and they took my information and said we will get back to you..Well I'm still waiting 2-3 months later. Its awful that they are allowed to be rude and nasty when people depend on them to get to work or get home. Don't they realize that they are AT WORK?? Why jeopardize someone else's job?? EVIL..PURE EVIL!!!

A few rotten eggs in this bunch spoil it for the few good drivers in the company. This afternoon driver sped along the route, did not stop at curbside and barely lowered the boarding stairs. He did the same more than once. He skipped a stop to pick up passengers at 223rd street because a Spanish-speaking customer did not know there were no dropdrop-offs in Queens. He was already far past where he wanted to get off AND THE PEOPLE AT 233rd WERE INTENTIONALLY IGNORED. This the most disgruntled driver I have ever encountered on this route. He knew he did wrong and takes pride in it. Leave your job if you don't like it. He had zero personaliy and business working directly with the public. He even had the nerve to smile and give me a peace sign when I took his picture when I got to my stop.He speeds, is inconsiderate of seniors and delicate souls who cannot tolerate his rough driving habits. He needs to be punished and held accountable for this inexcusable and outrageously rude attitude to the riding public.

For 6/6 4 pm N20G experience. I planned to get off at 220 St and pulled the cord at 218 St. The bus voice clearly said stop requested and the sign said that too. For some reason, i chalk it up to him not paying attention, the driver did not stop at 220 St, where there is an N20G sign. I thought maybe the bus would stop at the next stop. Nope. Finally, it also passed Alley pond and I got up and asked if the bus was going express or what and why he did not stop at the stop I requested, which was on the route. He gave me bs and told me he only stopped in Long Island, which is not true of that bus at all. It stops at almost all the same stops as q12. I asked him to let me off, pointing at the next n20 sign. As a result, I was 5 stops away from my requested stop and had to walk back, cross the street, and catch q12 going back to Flushing to get off at 220 St. Once I finished my errand on 220 St, I waited for the next nassau bound n20. Sure enough, this one stopped at the stop. So that initial driver was a j****

It's march 22nd 7:18am in the morning I always take this bus in the morning for work and the stupid black guy didn't want to stop he had people on the bus and he made stop at the follow stop do you think this is normal? most of those people don't like to work and still get a job where they have to deal with people common this is annoying, and most of the drivers to that, it's 7:36am and no bus have come this company is sucks
