I had an outstanding experience thanks to Rachel, the manager on duty. As soon as I stepped to her register she went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Her professionalism, friendly demeanor, and genuine care for the customer were evident in the interaction. She handled my concerns quickly and effectively, turning a potentially stressful situation into a positive one. It’s rare to see such dedication to great service—Rachel truly sets the standard. Had a great experience with a young man at the register here the other day! He was patient with me as I asked many questions and checked the prices for me as I was ringing up. I'm definitely coming back to this location whenever I want to shop at Old Navy.

One of the worst old navy stores I have been to. Store is trashed and horrible long lines. They also don’t honor their own sale prices.
