Public storage is a joke. They raise the rent whenever they feel like it. Within a one year time span, they raised the rent on my storage unit almost $300 a month. you call customer service they’re completely not helpful. The property tells you that you have to deal with customer service yet customer service tells you have to deal with the property manager, and at the end of the day, no one wants to help you and no one cares. I will never use this company again. Worst experience EVER!! Go anywhere else.

Location had exactly what I needed for the winter - a large drive up unit with easy access to the facility. Jane made the check in process easy back in November and the check out today with her was a breeze.
