We love our new bedroom set. Maureen our salesperson was amazing. She was patient with us as we were making the selection as she spent alot of time with us. The delivery went well. They gave us a 3 hour window and updated us by text every half hour. Would definitely recommend them for furniture.

This is the 3rd time that Raymour and Flanigan has disappointed me. I purchased a mattress on 10/18/25, which was supposed to get delivered later that week (FALSE ADVERTISING by the store for the next day delivery BE AWARE!!). The store or the sales representative never contacted me to notify me that mattress is not getting delivered on the day it was supposed to be, mind you i took off from WORK waiting for the delivery. I was decided to cancel my order on 10/25/25 i was told i should receive my refund 7-10 days. Going on 3 weeks and still no refund of over $2500 dollar mattress! The Garden City, Long Island location does not answer the phone for any help. This has been a nightmare to get my refund. NEVER AGAIN!!

Had a horrible experience at Raymour & Flanigan. The man helping us was extremely dismissive and completely changed his attitude once he realized I was shopping on a budget. It was clear he didn’t think he’d make a commission, so he stopped being helpful altogether. That kind of attitude is unprofessional and makes customers feel disrespected. Definitely not the way to treat people who are just trying to furnish their home within their means.

This is the most terrible experience of our life. Everything was fine at the store, our sales associate was great selling us but after this. It’s terrible. They don’t answer the phone. I’ve must’ve called a collective 150 times in a matter of 1 week just to speak to someone. Only answered maybe 8 times and hung up on me 6 times of the 8. There were two orders and they had me pay for the most expensive one, I had to go 45 mins driving to the store just to speak to a manager and have it fixed. Then 2 items were out of stock out of my order, when they delivered it I noticed a piece of the bed was broken and the sales associate suggested the wrong mattress, it didn’t fit for the trundle. I’ve been trying for almost 5-6 days to cancel an item I ordered and no one can tell me if it’s been canceled. The manager who gave me his cell phone to text him with issues is now telling me to not text him anymore (I never asked for his number). I placed this order almost 2 weeks ago and still have not received my complete order and have not been able to get in touch with anyone at the store for help. Someone told me to drive there to get help bc they know no one will answer the phone. I’ve called corporate and no one answers the line and I’ve left my number for a call back and still nothing. This is the lost disgusting level of service and the worst part is that I can’t call anyone to cancel and they have my money. Oh and returns? That takes 10-14 BUSINESS days for a refund. We ordered 1 couch and then canceled it to add it to our bigger order and never got the refund until I went back a week later to make sure it was canceled and guess what.. it was never canceled.

Went to the store to purchase a mattress. The mattress I selected was available online for cheaper. When talking to the store rep, Raymond Jean, he said that I should order through the store since they have the mattress in stock and would hold it for me. I confirmed this with the store manager, George Terranova.
He also said he would send the required COI to my apartment building. I followed up with Raymond multiple times over the next week on the COI but never heard back. Finally, 3 days before delivery, he gets in touch with me to tell me the COI has been sent to my building.
I reached out to my building, it was never sent. Raymond additionally tells me the mattress is not in stock and it will be 2 weeks before it can be shipped.
I asked to speak to the manager and Raymond disconnected me. I called the store 5 times and was put on hold and disconnected.
When I finally spoke to the manager, George Terranova, he gave me an excuse as to why the mattress wasn't there and said there was nothing they could do. He kept insisting the COI was sent, even though my building management confirmed multiple times it was not. He initially refused to process a refund for the mattress, and then when he finally did, would not confirm the refund amount or timeline.
If you are looking for anything, buy it online rather than going to this store. Horrible experience, will never shop here again

This has been a horrible experience working with this company. Extremely unprofessional and there seemed to be no source of truth that anyone can reference. I ordered a couch 3 weeks ago and have still not received nor gotten any concern direction on next steps past “we will call you when it becomes in stock” which had not happened. I have had to reach out to them several times regarding delayed shipping and refund of my order. I was told I was going to get refunded partially however I have yet to receive such. I will NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. They also hang up the phone on you if you call.

We had such a great experience working with Frank Land. He was so friendly, honest, and never once made us feel pressured. You can tell he’s a genuine person who really cares about helping people find what’s best for them. It was such a refreshing experience — I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a new couch!

had a wonderful experience today with Anthony Alvarez. He helped us find the perfect mattress. He was extremely patient and took his time to listen to what we wanted, all while doing it quickly and efficiently (we were with our baby lol). I recommend asking for him for any purchase, not just mattresses. He really knew what he was talking about.

We had the best experience with Michelle!!! My husband and I bought a new house over the summer and she was beyond helpful with helping us find 2 sets of sectionals and a bedroom set. She communicated with us so well and made sure we found what we were looking for. She even made sure that what we’re ordering fits our space perfectly. There were also times when we would come in with our two young kids, and she was very patient and understanding with us. You know she really cares about her job and her clients and not just wants to make a sale. Overall we are very happy with our experience and purchase with Michelle!
