My second time trying this Rolex location and to be honest i told my wife i did not want to enter the store again due to a very horrible experience the first time.Knowing how the Rolex dealers operate and most if not any watches are unavailable, putting my name on the list again and treated unwanted wasn’t something i was looking forward to.But from the time we walked in, to the time we left, it was a total different and much more pleasant experience than the first time.Ilse Hernandez was very nice and pleasant to talk to! She showed me a certain watch and ask if i wanted to try it on. I was amazed how she treated us and i even told her i didn’t want to enter the store due to my last experience there.Thank you for great customer service. You never know who is who and what one can afford just by the looks of them.

Best and fast service go see Janny . After a little wait today I got the call that my Rolex is here . I couldn’t explain my excitement. Best service just need to be patient.

Enjoyed my experience, worked with Janny and she was amazing. Visited this AD on a weekly basis and was able to meet with many of the great team members. The call finally came and I was able to get a new two tone submariner!

Greetings first & then, I’d like to talk about a staff you had know by the name Ilse Hernandez.Without any reason whatsoever, given me & my wife a hateful looks & glances. Huffing & puffing on every glance she took at us, being racist at us because my wife is wearing a hijab. No customer service at all, she was being rude at us when we asked her for to help us with our purchases but she refused & said with a tone in her voice “ I HAVE CUSTOMERS TO TAKE CARE OF!” When in fact no one else was there & she had no one take serve before us. We felt unwelcomed here & unwanted which’s simply unacceptable at all for someone who has done nothing wrong.So with being said; to whom it might concern, all customers are valuable to y’all no matter what nationality they are. After this harsh, hateful, racist & horrible experience I had in your shop, I don’t think I’ll ever comeback again or buy your products if this continues because you’re responsible for all your staff & their behavior.I might be the only one who wrote you this message but think about how many people left & never came back because of this staff. Thanks a lot & I hope you resolve the situation asap because you might lose a lotta customers.

At first trying to shop for a Rolex was very frustrating because I didn’t understand where the market was at. The staff at Rolex and tourneau explained that the demand is extremely high versus how many watches they get. With patience and a bit of time I was able to purchase a brand new Rolex and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you to Ilse and Jared for making the experience as easy as possible!

Terrible customer service employees feel more ownership then the own ownersKept sucking his teeth for every question i had and didn’t even want to take my information down for a inquiry purchase i wanted to do ..just because people dont wear ties and suits don’t mean we should be treated any different..Management should evaluate there employees and in-force to not discriminate based on looks ..

I see a lot of negative reviews here, but I had the complete opposite experience. When I inquired about Rolex from their site, I received a call from Janny the next day. I scheduled an appointment with her and was greeted so kindly by not only her, but also a few more SA's. Janny was wonderful in showing me watches and letting me try them on while also talking a bit more about their business also. It has only been about 1 month, so obviously I have not gotten my watch, I know there is a wait. Can't wait to visit them again to look at more watches and can't wait when it's my turn to receive the call! Thanks Janny!

At first I thought it was personal, but after seeing other reviews with similar experiences, I realize there is a pattern here. Visited this location several times. The same sales lady with a dismissive attitude, making me and my mother feel unworthy of attention, while noticeably treating others differently. When inquiring about a particular Rolex timepiece, was told that it was reserved for VIP clients. I expected better after the Bucherer acquisition. We won’t be making any more purchases. Bucherer take note, this person is a liability.

First time in a Rolex AD and everything was great. I spoke with Ilse, who was happy to help out with information on the watch (Submariner) and let me try on the exhibition model. It's totally understandable that they didn't have anything for sale at the moment, as Rolex are currently harder than ever to get. Ilse was approachable, knowledgeable, and honest with how long a potential wait could be. I appreciated the straightforwardness and the ability to try on an exhibition model before preparing myself for the potential wait. Even though you can't walk out with a watch, it was nice to stop in and see what it's like on the wrist before hunkering down for the wait.

I went to this location on 04/05/22 because I thought they had watches. The customer service was horrible, my god. I saw other horrible comments before I went but I said let me just give them a shot. The girl that was there told me that they don’t have in the store but if I want she could write down my name and call when one becomes available. I went outside to call the store in westchester to see if they have any, while I was on the phone with the store manage Chantelle she said to me go back in the store and ask them to show me a particular watch that she has in her store. I went back and saw this Asian lady who I ask to show me that style watch. This lady was so nasty and rude the first thing she said to me was YOU CANT TOUCH THE WATCH !!! I was like I didn’t ask to touch anything I just want you to show me that type, the manager was still on the phone and she heard it she was Like ask her what is her name and she said her name is Jennie. I went to the store in the meat packing district on 04/06/22 and while I was there I saw customers looking, touching and trying on watches. I am not sure why Jennie was so rude but customer should be better when trying to spend so much money. This is horrible, I will never go back there some type of profiling is going on.

3 words GO SEE SOFIA. She took her time and explained everything. There was no bs with her. Got me the exact watch that I wanted 6 months sooner than promised. Absolutely the only person to ask for if you're serious about making a purchase, do yourself a favor ask ask for Sofia!
