I recently started taking classes. The experience has been very positive. The instructors are very knowledgeable. They also give individualized attention making sure that you have the proper alignment for each pose. I highly recommend this Yoga studio.

I am just beginning to take Yoga after many years of not practicing. The Yoga instructors are very knowledgeable. They take the time to explain each pose and help each individual in the class. I am thoroughly enjoying my Yoga experience here.
