I had a great experience this morning, I had an appt but went in a bit earlier to see if I could be seen sooner. The front desk staff was very kind and personable. She kept things running smoothly and swiftly. I was nervous to get my blood drawn however my phlebotomist Merardo was so kind and eased my anxiety. He took my blood so quickly and it was painless!!

My experience at the garden city location was as great! They were very professional yet had a laid back calm type of feel. They were fast effective and I was out in 15 min or less. Donna up front was as helpful and friendly as they come. She had a very warm, welcoming, helpful, and fun way about her but at the same time was very professional. Yaseena who does the blood work was very friendly and gentle. You barley feel the needle go in and it was done before you know it. She made the experience as easy as could be. She also was very professional and good at what she does. 5 stars highly recommend!

Worst place ever. My husband took my 3 year old for blood work and they missed multiple times. He asked them to get someone else since the person didn't know what they were doing. Never again will I take my kids or myself there.

This probably would be my first ever review for any lab. I went in on a Saturday at 11:15 am and they close at 12 pm, to which they were kind enough to accommodate. The staff is obviously overworked and understaffed. Ladies there were still pleasant and it would be nice if they were paid more for the work they do. Also, if you are getting a long list of blood work done - come an hour early, because the wait could be long.

Workers care more about getting home early then actually taking care of patient we arrive at 11:02 and they wouldn’t take us before they close at 12.

Great improvement from when we first went to this blood lab from several years ago. Small space inside, the wait isn't terribly long. But It would be nice if they could be able to leave the door open for people not to cram into the small waiting room when it becomes overcrowded.

I needed a blood draw, and this was the closest Sunrise to me. When I walked in the waiting room was empty and I was taken right away. From the front desk to Maude the phlebotomist, this visit was quick and painless. Thank you for such a good experience!

I went to this lab to get three blood tests done with the forms and authorizations from my doctor. one of them included the BRCA test to check if you have cancer. I gave them the insurance codes and everything needed. Went to the front desk and the woman was on facetime with her friend laughing. I gave her my ID and insurance card. i waited for the phlebotomist to call me back, and she didn't say one word to me. Just gave her my arm and she couldn't find a vein. Mind you i got bloodwork done about a week ago from my doctors office with no problem. She proceeded to take blood from the outside of my arm near my elbow, and it hurt like hell. Immediately after her taking out the needle my arm bruised and has been swollen and bruised for about three weeks now. I have never experienced that IN MY LIFE. and it doesn't help that she wasn't pleasant or even talkative at all, especially when I was already nervous about getting genetic testing done. I went to the front desk after and asked if there was a checkout, and she said no I could just leave. Fast forward three weeks later and i just got a notice that the test was unable to be performed because i "refused" to fill out forms and was contacted numerous times with no response. I am completely outraged. I tried calling about six times with no answer at all and honestly i'm not surprised. I cant believe the lack of professionalism from this lab and staff and the fact that they tried to pull this on me and my doctor. Never going here again.

Very professional, quick and friendly. Arrived on a Saturday around 9:30. They had a system in place for checking in then waiting in your car. We were in and done in 30 min even with the wait. No issues with blood draw, they were very gentle with my son and other children that were there.

They need more phlebotomists. The two lady's in the front are working non stop and they have only one woman taking blood. To say they are understaffed is a huge understatement.
