I had such a great experience at the T-Mobile store in Roosevelt Field Mall thanks to Avinash's exceptional customer service. Despite difficulties adding a home internet line over the phone, Avinash made the in-person transaction seamless. What stood out was his attention to detail and personalized assistance, even remembering me two months later when I needed help again. Highly recommend this store for their excellent service! Thanks again Avinash!

Came through and switched from Verizon. Justin was great. Helped made the transition quick and easy.Ended picking up two ear buds at a great price. Shout out to their Associate Manager Anthony. Made sure we was taken cared of asap.

My experience with T-Mobile was incredible! The young man that assisted my wife and I with a purchase was fantastic! He was very respectful and explained the differences between plans & phones. We got an incredible deal and plan moving forward. Depending on the salesman helping you, it does make an incredible difference!

Where should I begin with this one…hmmm…let’s just say that we need to #StopAsianHate at have #LatinosUnidos at the T-Mobile Roosevelt Field in Garden City, LI New York. I have been a resident of this county for over 30 years and I must say the tide has changed in recent years with the influx of undesirables from all corners now making Long Island their home. I simply stared in the window at a promotion that T-mobile has advertised on a billboard for 4 new lines of activation in the same account. From past experience, it seems like a good deal, but in reality it is a scam. I inquired with a sales person named Jalen who approached me and asked me some questions about when I would need to have my lines activated. I also inquired if there was a place in the Mall where I could briefly charge my phone. He nicely replied that I could charge my phone in the store. Please keep in mind that you should never ever use the stores iPhone adapter to charge your phone because you are not able to see the original device under the cabinet that it is connected to. I noticed that the cable for the iPhone charger was suspiciously short leading me to believe that it was connected to some sort of device with downloading capabilities. I then informed Jalen that I would just use the outlet in the wall along with my own portable charger and then I would be on my way. Within five minutes, like clock work as I expected as a trained mental health professional the next trick in the book comes out and Jalen passes the buck onto an imaginary manager that asked me to leave because they can’t have non-customers in the store! Keep in mind that I have worked with mentally I’ll patients for many years so I was not shocked and I let each of the three workers in the store know it. I simply inquired of Jalen if he knew where T-Mobiles corporate offices were. He looked confused and bewildered. I guess I am the only one with common sense to realize that if I’m buying foe lines and 2 iPhone Pro Maxes at once, then that makes me more than a customer, it makes me your boss, superior, and owner of the store and everything else in between. Let me be clear this concludes my inquires into T-Mobile which will be soon closing more offices and eventually go bankrupt within the mobile industry. I also explained to Jalen that although I payed of a iPhone series 7 phone 3 years ago and had it unlocked by T-Mobile, some unfortunate soul at their company saw fit to report a $1,400 collections account from them on my consumer report! T-Mobile and any company connected to them are thieves, and crooks looking to commit organized fraudulent activity by taking your social security numbers and/or tax ID numbers and feeding your information to the dark web for kickbacks. As a finance professional must explain that you NEVER under any circumstances give anyone your complete social security or tax id number! They don’t even need this information to activate a cellular account and this will open you up to more fraud than you can even imagine exist. There are plenty of pre-paid companies with great offers and the same it better service that just need a phone and a first months payment to get you started. Make sure not to use any that are related to T-Mobile since they had a recent merger. Avoid T-Mobile like the soon bankrupt mobile device plague that it is.

walked in today around 11:30-12pm and was immediately aided by someone. they helped me set up my new phone as well as helping me get my data transferred super quickly - under 25minutes. I really appreciated it - the young man was extremely helpful and courteous. Very satisfied with my level of service.

If you needed TMobile service at Roosevelt mall. Please go to store number 2885 next to JC Penney. You will get better and friendlier services there.In my case, I upgraded an iPhone to 14 Pro Max, which is an eSim, and Apple's team was unable to convert the normal sim to an eSim. When I visited the ground floor TMobile store, everyone appeared to be busy and no one offered any assistance.I discovered a second T Mobile shop next to JC Penney on Google Maps. Upon entering, I was greeted by Dilsia and a very knowledgeable and friendly rep. She immediately assisted me with the conversion and also offered me a few promotions TMobile is currently offering. I also picked up a new case and screen protector here. She even applied the screen protector on my phone and it looks flawless. Within 15 minutes, we are all set and ready to go.Thanks to Dilsia and TMobile for making this visit a wonderful experience.

Terrible customer service. No one opens their mouth and offers to help. Young kids that don’t care about the customers that come in. Brian and two girls that were working today, pick a different job.

Total liars and charges for additional fees the next day. No one willing to help unless they have an account to activate because they have a quota to open as many accounts possible. They say the accessories are free but end up paying monthly for it!! I saw a customer bring the receipt to the manager to ask why extra fees were charged and told the staff that she gave him a free older generation ipad because he was making a scene and knows there was no way out of the false /extra charges added without consent. Josephine the manager, staff Pablo and Christian are out to scam all the customers thinking they don't check the billing or charges and giving T mobile a terrible reputation. Save yourself the trouble and go to a store that is more reliable and honest because you will not find it @ this location!!!
