Mrs. Felicia is a wonderful employee. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. She helped me wire money overseas, and helped in closing my account. She went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly.This is the first time I come across an employee who is this friendly and helpful.

I met with Felicia, to discuss a complicated banking situation. She was incredibly kind, patient, understanding, and helpful. She gave her ideas on the best way to handle this complicated situation and didn't pressure me to make any decisions. This was a 12/10 experience and I will certainly be calling Felicia next time.
