Do yourself a favor and don't go to this store. They make you comeback promising to honor your coupons. I bought the clothes with my regular credit card not to use my store card and coupon. I wanted to make sure the clothes were good for my son. When I came back the same day a couple hours later the same manager that was there during my earlier transaction didn't honor my coupon and just told me to call customer service. This horrible person supposed "manager" name is Shamon and the lady that took care of me in my earlier transaction name is Rotina. Childrens place should get better Customer service workers the ones they have in this store are horrible people. Very ?

My experience is online with them. I placed my order on November 29, 2021. As of December 10, 2021, they still haven't filled my order yet! You only get a recording when you call them and you never get to speak to a live person. I called the Cranston location and they gave me the district managers phone number. My call wasn't returned! They finally responded to my email stating that they haven't filled my order yet. I work in retail, our pick up in store team is timed on every order that they fill. Twelve days is not a reasonable amount of time to fill an order, except its been 12 days and you haven't filled my order yet! By far the worst experience that I have ever had with an online company. BTW I've worked on the pick up in store team and I understand being understaffed, but this is outrageously horrible customer service!

Idiots will be an understatement While shopping in the Roosevelt field mall my purchase was 146.98 the morons some claims the system doesn't show my purchase mean while my money was debited.out of my account...I left children's place with no merchandise but my card was charged mean while its Christmas and they tell me i have to wait.. I will never shop here again or no other Children's place poor customer service their stealing to boost sales so sad I will be contacting corporate to let them know this manager needs to be demoted back to the dressing rooms I want my money back i will be standing outside of the store today to tell people not to shop here because their a poor excuse for a company

A store that makes money off of kids, has no excuse to not have candy during halloween. Very Disappointing. I wont be buying from here anymore.
