Sales people did not know much about watches, I had to actually explain about watches to them and the various movements used and pros and cons. Hire some people that know about watches until then will never buy a watch at full retail from these morons , or perhaps pay them more than $600 a week !

Extremely poor customer service. I went in to inquire about a Rolex and received curt responses. I will not be moving forward with service at Bucherer. PSA that you do not know who you’re interacting with and everyone should be given the same grace and attention.

Every time I come in, I’m always greeted & treated with the utmost respect. My SA Ilse has been working with my family for years & just recently she helped me obtain one of my dream watches. She is very knowledgeable about the brand & answers all of our questions. She always follows up with me & for that I am truly grateful. Over the last few years I've really taken a significant interest in horology and watch collecting. From watching YouTube videos to understanding movements and heritage of each brand. I started with a Tudor, then an Omega, Breitling, Tissot and an Orient. I always coveted a Rolex and told myself at the beginning of the year that I would get one for my birthday this year or at least by the end of the year.Over my birthday weekend I walked into Bucherer on a whim and because of Janny S walked out with the best birthday present ever. She was patient, knowledgeable and helped make my experience an awesome one. Couldn't be more happy with the service, experience and new timepiece! Thank You!

The sale associate in the Rolex department vanished after telling me there are currently 6 datejust on sale. Hopefully they’ll receive the proper customer service training from Rolex after the recent acquisition.After reading some reviews, now I feel better knowing that it wasn’t personal, lots of customers get treated the same way. Take your business elsewhere.

The Sales Professional - Joseph L. - was personable, professional, attentive and responsive which made our customer service experience truly wonderful. Usually never write negative reviews. Ive been in this store twice now. If youre looking for a luxury experience, this aint it. Sales people seem annoyed that they need to help you. Unknowledgeable about the watches they sell. Both times i was looking at watches, the person helping me was disinterested and on their phones. Another time i spent 3 minutes hovering over the cartier section and no one even looked at me attempting to help. Dont spend your money here, these people dont deserve it, they dont understand selling luxury watches, go to omega or tag, they really treat their customers well, and they know their watches. I was ready to drop 5-6k on a watch the last time i went and was so turned off by the experience i just left.

Bucherer as a brand is fantastic. I have been to a few and they've all been pretty great. NOT the case for this store. The associates are super cold. You come in and they are very obvious about scanning you to gauge wealth. Even if you are met with a smile, once you mention the world Rolex, they give you the nastiest face and try to get you out the door ASAP. They don't even try to hide it. I've been here multiple times and have dealt with multiple associates. Same experience every time. They get your info, ask you what you want and give you a glimmer of hope by replying to you. Then radio silence for eternity. We all get the game with Rolexes now. Doesn't mean you have to provide horrible customer service. Your sister stores are doing it right.

Not sure what is going on, but I got a missed call and text from a sales associate regarding if I was still interested in a particular Rolex. To my knowledge, you get this phone call if they have one available. I’m at work, my phone is on silent, I am not able to attend to my phone all the time. I call back within 5 mins, I am told that they will let me know when the next one is available, which clearly means they just sold the watch to the next person. 5 mins?! They couldn’t wait for me to call back and accept/reject the watch before calling the next person? I’ve been waiting for more than a year waiting for that phone call, to miss the opportunity by 5 minutes is a huge disappointment. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I see a lot of negative reviews here, but I had the complete opposite experience. When I inquired about Rolex from their site, I received a call from Janny the next day. I scheduled an appointment with her and was greeted so kindly by not only her, but also a few more SA's. Janny was wonderful in showing me watches and letting me try them on while also talking a bit more about their business also. It has only been about 1 month, so obviously I have not gotten my watch, I know there is a wait. Can't wait to visit them again to look at more watches and can't wait when it's my turn to receive the call! Thanks Janny!
