I came in today to get a new phone and my experience was beyond my expectations of visiting any Verizon store..Upon arriving, a team member named Eduardo greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and helped me step by step to getting my new phone. He helped me setup my new business account, and helped me put on my new phone accessories.Special shout out to Eduardo! Thank you so much brother ❤️I highly recommend this store location ?

So I just visited this location with my mother, she needed help with her account. Well between this location being understaffed (no reason to wait longer than 5 minutes on a week day). And the personnel being not prepared for issues that seems so complicated that they look clueless. It’s completely obvious that next time she needs help with something, I will have to just call their support center.

I recently visited this Verizon location and encountered several issues that impacted my overall experience. The manager's support was unhelpful and difficult to obtain, while the staff seemed uninformed and lacked the necessary knowledge to assist customers effectively. Additionally, I was disappointed by the inconsistent policy regarding phone usage, as I was informed that having two phones was deemed "unfair" without further explanation. These shortcomings led to a lack of satisfactory customer service. I hope that takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving their assistance and policy consistency in the future.

Employees are not knowledgeable. Last experience the person was texting on the phone. Complete waste of time, the issues resolve in a very simple way by calling verizon

Excellent customer service, you’re acknowledged as soon as you walk in. All questions and concerns are answered by staff moments and higher ups. Very clean, organized. Staff members are very friendly and patient. I came here to get an iPhone and switch over to Verizon from Metro pcs, best switch I’ve ever done!

I needed to add an international plan for my wife who will travel in a few days. I asked the representative to start it then, but he started the plan today! It's only for one month, so it would have expired before her return! I had to call Verizon to cancel it and add a new one starting the correct date. Also asked about my son's Gizmo watch, and I was told it will work overseas, but it turns out it will not!

My sales associate was very thorough, brought out several phone cases for me to choose from and saved me money by informing me of the promotional sales that discounted the accessories I was purchasing! His demeanor was very soothing and I didn't feel rushed.

Worked with Matt to upgrade my phone last week. He was really honest and patient. I kept going back and forth with what I wanted and he took the time to make sure I was happy with my decision and didn't rush me at all. Thanks to the great customer service by him, I am happy with my decision!

I've been here seven minutes without anyone recognizing my existence. Eventually someone will probably take my name and tell me to settle in for a long wait. It's not the employees' fault. Verizon just doesn't like to spend money on human beings. So if you are not a human being, I guess it's not that bad. Otherwise, this place does not want to have to deal with you. And I was just ignored again.

Eduardo was a true pro. Had a major issue as I sought to transfer another carrier’s phone to VZ which I was lead to believe as impossible. He examined the phone without asking another question because he had the solution. Updated SIM card, called my phone from his phone and was totally satisfied in a short period of time. Thx Eduardo and hope others experience your professionalism!
