Called customer service simply to switch my auto pay from one card to another. Only took 3 hrs and twenty mins. After speaking to the fifth person who told my I was all set I grew suspicious when she didn't ask for my three digit security #. I asked her "Don't you need it?" (The other 4 ppl I spoke to did.) She said "Nope, you're all set." Of course they took payment from the one card I wanted to change from. Sleeze bag company didnt even notify me that my bill was to be paid on a certain date which they always have before for years. This time i just got a text saying your bill has been paid with card ending with.....Blank! Nothing! Always said the last four digits of my card before but this time they didn't want me to know that they HAD NOT SWITCHED IT FROM ONE CARD TO ANOTHER LIKE THEY SAID THEY DID. So after jumping through hoops on the my Verizon app I saw they didn't change it. Had Verizon for 17 yrs. I hate this corporation. I will be changing soon. TWO MORE THINGS: I noticed all 5 star reviews came from employees. Hmm. ALSO when I clicked "Write a review" there were three stars filled in already and I COULDN'T CHANGE IT TO ONE STAR! I really do hate Verizon. THIS IS A ONE STAR REVIEW!!!!!

They will screw up your account and deactivate your number. You will go up there and spend hours and they will tell you your phone will be back on in 24 hours. It won't be back on and you will go back up there and they will tell you they figured it out and will tell you again that it will be on in 24 hours and it still won't be turned back on. You will call before they close and after you get through all the options and it's still not 8 pm it will tell you they are closed! Phone has been off since Thursday and it's Monday evening and still no phone service.

Have had a number of problems with Samsung S21-5G phone. Needed much more help than I had knowledge of, took Verizon almost 3 hrs to find the way to correct problem. That b the best part if Verizon, they say with you till problem is resolved.

This location is really horrible and never manage to be able to get anything done, despite being listed as a corporate store. They aren't accommodating to disabled people and they don't know the meaning of customer service. Avoid at all costs because it is never worth the wait.
