I walked out immediately due to the coworkers on the sales floor, never got a welcomed, when I was looking at bra sizes, an associate approached me ask if I needed help because I didnt remember my size all she said was "oh okay!" and walked away. Never offered to measure, but when her boyfriend came in all attention went there, unprofessional!! She removed her name tag and walked off the sales floor.

Store service was terrible..Tried to ask 2 associates where I could find something both said wait and continued with a customer, one walked away....just tell me yes or no or say where..are they that slow they can't multi-task ...they need to train their associates better to deal with answering a simple question with more than 1 customer ..Ended up just walking out

Horrible experience today- I understand it’s the holiday season with added customer service pressure/stock replenishment but geez don’t let out your own frustration while serving customers at the register. South Asian woman, probably Indian her name was Priya- literally sucking her teeth \\u0026 slammed the purchase on the table. Forget acknowledging the customer with a hi or goodbye. I work in retail myself but please learn to keep it professional at a working environment sweetie.

I been here twice and both times the girls that work behind the counter are rude. I was trying to run my card and both times two different girls were obnoxious in helping me. You work at Victoria's Secret, you're not a doctor saving lives out there. Take a seat and try to be nice next time. Obnoxious

The way how they position their products don't match with the prices they advertise. At least this happens with this store. I had to wait on a long line to pay to be told ohhh no sorry there was no space where to put our products so we put them right where it says they are cheaper. Oh please!

The mall is nice and clean and the food was good. But the service at Victoria Secret absolutely horrible. The girls are just standing there not trying to help out, just looking at you and talking to you in a rude way. I really did not appreciate the service. They should understand that their job is to assist the customers in a proper manner. Victoria secret is known as the largest retailer of lingerie in the United States, they should be more mindful about who they’re hiring, or sales techniques.

I was a little disappointed with the availability of stock, I was not shopping the SAS. When I went to check out the line was wrapped around beauty and they only had two registers open. When I asked an associate to open another register she gave me attitude. I would only think since it was the SAS they would like to get people in and out quickly. Here not so much. Probably will be shopping more online then in store due to the personalities in this store.

There was a wait before entering. However this varies depending on COVID restrictions. Store was organized very well, customer flow was managed perfectly, \u0026 huge selection and availability of products.

Pricing is always wrong. The associates at the point of sale are clueless and unprofessional. They need to be taught the basics of customer service and work onward from there.
