It’s great for what it is but others stores have a larger selection and a product testing station before buying eg. Protein powder, snacks, etc. Employees made the experience worth 5 stars.

Went to go return an item and associate was very choosey about what attitude to give certain clients went in and returned a few bottles of vitamins my mother had purchased I decided to tag along when we walked in was helping out another person who was in the store not sure what was going on with that situation but he was helping him out with some sort of directions he ends up finishing up with the guy and looks back at us and somewhat rolls his eyes as if helping this person out was draining some sort of energy out of him. Returned my vitamins asked if they were opened or not I said Un opened once return was finished he proceeded to open which ofc course is normal protocol then mumbled either “opened or un opened” I didn’t pay much mind to it I knew they weren’t opened my return was done with I didn’t care. The point that got me very annoyed and is refraining me from ever coming into this store again is the way this gentleman approached me and mom towards the end I work in retail management myself I know what to look out for when it comes to shrink or loss prevention he approached me asking me twice in a nasty way “I’ll go ahead and take that bag” I’m trying to translate to my mom can I get the bag instead of just snatching it away and he decides to repeat himself again instead of approaching it in a nice subtle I gave him the bag and he looked into it and stocked his hands in as if we were stealing. instead of approaching it in a subtle way and being a bit more kind and not aggressive would’ve been nice as soon as that happened I ended up deciding to walk out. I said he’s choosey with certain customers because that indeed is true some gentleman walks in and bought some energy drinks and snacks was rung up right after me and his attitude changed completely we got these products in, made me feel this way or you should try it out. Customer service should be a non biased action with employees and following around someone and making them feel uncomfortable is something in wouldn't want in my stores. Again I’ve had my own stores in the past and this was a disgusting way to approach any situation that someone was assuming in the moment. Won’t ever be visiting back.
