Horrible customer service. Received a gift without a receipt in an anonymous gift exchange. The item was still in the box, sealed and currently listed on website. It was not a discontinued item. They refused to issue a return in the form of store credit without an order number or receipt, which I did not have since it was anonymous. I was not looking to get a refund, simply a store credit for item. Terrible policy. Very rude and unaccommodating to customers. Stay away!

Horrible company, horrible customer service process. I ordered chairs two years ago from Williams Sonoma brand. They came damaged. After 2 years of waiting for the replacement to be made and come (mind you every time i would call i would be told another week or some other song and dance) they picked up the chairs for a refund. I have been waiting two months for my refund. I call weekly and am told it’s being processed, there is an issue with my card being expired (it wasn’t), that they can do a gift card (I will never shop here again) and that they will mail a check. I’m currently on hold for an hour for the 9th time after being told that the check wasn’t issued. My $700 is being held hostage. At this point I’ll likely have to go to small claims. Luckily I have documentation of the chairs being picked up. Do better Williams Sonoma.

Helpful staff and very well stocked store. They didn't have what I was looking for. I needed an old school pressure cooker and they only have it online. They offered to ship it for free but it was too small.

Rebecca, the manager, was rude and condescending. Approached me with an attitude and was not helpful to me as a paying customer. I will not come back here.

Great staff. Wendy took really great care of me and my daughter. Needed some seasonings for a few thanksgiving dishes and she gave some excellent recommendations. The Crepe Mix was an awesome purchase by the way. Everything is coming out amazing

I’m usually pretty good with this store. But today for some reason, I’ve been walking around the whole store and not one staff came and asked me if I needed help. They’ve asked other ppl but didn’t even bother to ask me. I wanted to come in for some pots and new tableware. It’s very disappointing and I’ve been shopping in their store for years.

Always fun to browse and purchase 1 or 2 things. Expensive you'll have to sell a toe to pay for some of their items that homegoods may have for a much lower price. Be a smart shopper. Shop around however quality over quantity ?. You get what you pay for. So purchasing from here can be worth it for the long haul. Meaning an item from here can last you years an item that looks the same at homegoods can last you a few months. Hummmm! Your choice.

Theresa is guaranteed to give you an absolutely terrible experience. I'm an attorney who loves to shop at Williams Sonoma and I spend hundreds there every month, but I dread going in-person thanks to Theresa. Whenever I'm dressed down, as I do when I'm running errands, this woman always assumes I cannot afford to be shopping there, but is totally different with the older housewives there with their husbands. Super condescending. Recently I inquired about an item that was on sale with a red tag on it. She told me she couldn't sell it to me, because it was a display item and would have to order it. Fair enough! I apologized for thinking it was on sale because it was the display item as many stores do. She ordered the item, and I told her I wanted to pay cash ( it was like $180 item, nothing crazy) she told me they don't accept cash??? And that she 'understands' that not everyone has credit cards?! WHAT? But that I can go out and buy a gift card. LOL I explained to her I have many credit + debit cards, but I have the cash on me and want to use it-- she then says Ok, but if you pay cash you can't return the item and if you do we will mail you a gift card... I said I have no plans to return it... she then accepted a he cash. So, it went from we don't take cash to taking cash...she's also on numerous occasions told me about more affordable options when I've asked about an item. IE I asked her if they har a certain le creuset color in stock, she explained that the price varies from color to color and there are cheaper options for other great pots....i own 10+ le creusets. Just a super nasty woman who thinks she too good to help customers who's husbands aren't there to foot the bill. As a young female and business owner with a successful career I'm outraged that this is how another woman profiles me, when I could literally spend thousands there without making a dent in my pocket. I will probably never step into this store again and stick to ordering online.

I'm a Williams Sonoma a cardholder and I love to cook. It's so sad that these stores keep closing. I visited this location to pick up an online order. I have to agree with a few of the other reviews on Yelp regarding the overall customer service experience. I left the store feeling frazzled. The items I purchased were heavy and I asked for the items to be separated so that the bag didn't rip on my way to my car. One sales associate was kind enough to hand me a large WS cloth shopping tote.

The shop is within the Roosevelt Field mall. It is a small shop, but the selection here was good with many recognizable brands. They also have gourmet ingredients for cooking like honeys and wines, among other things. It was fairly busy when I went which unfortunately meant that the lines backed up a bit, but the wait was not terribly long.
