I chose this vet because my rescue dog’s first family had been here before and it was also close to my home. I was seen within a day of calling for my small Bichon with hot spots. While there I updated his rabies and shots. He was treated for his itching, I got medication to bring home and a collar to keep him from hurting himself further. I would recommend and I plan on sticking with this practice. They are very busy, don’t be late.

I have nothing but awesome things to say about my new Vet & their staff. It's a country living style office. No fancy steel blinds & decor.. just homestyle veterinarian practices. I've been able to get many an appt last minute without getting outrageously charged . Minimal wait times, 30min at most but generally 15min. Wonderful staff & vets.

It had taken us a long time to find a vet that we trust after past experiences. We highly recommend Gardiner Animal Hospital.

I can't even fathom why anyone would go to this animal hospital. The staff are rude and the veterinarians are not qualified to do their jobs, they ridicule people and talk poorly about anyone brining animals in that needs care. They will provide no service to anyone that they feel is not able to pay large extensive bills for care. Personally I worked here and no one should use this vet !!!

Was a customer 12 years ago, called to bring current dog there and receptionist said I had a no service account, due to a bounced check, which is wrong kept repeating the old accountant person now works for the court systems would not make a mistake like this.. Well people are human and do make mistakes don't care if its a judge to receptionist has nothing to due with me or my account other than she saying she has a connection to the court system. Wouldn't give me the time or day to try to clarify the mistake. She was very rude and would even give me the time time or day to ask questions other than kept repeating herself

Waited 45 mins to be seen for my appointment. No explanation or courtesy to explain why or how much longer they would be. Very expensive.

A huge thank you to the entire staff. You've always been great to my dogs but today, my baby had a stick wedged and stuck in her mouth. You brought us right in, and two seconds later, the stick was out!!!! Pepper and I are very grateful!

Bought my pup in for a lump on her abdomen that appeared suddenly and she was in obvious pain. No blood work, no x rays and no ultrasound were completed. She was sent home with antibiotics for a skin condition and steroids. Brought her back 3 days later as it got worse. Did a biopsy and was told results would be available within 4 days. They never called - we ended up following up ourselves after two emergency visits with other vets (no appointments available in Gardiner) only to find out she has cancer. Date of results available on the paperwork when picked up was 6/15. Called to follow up for results on 6/19. This has been our vet for 30 years and I'll never bring another pet here.

My Daughter in law Abby Evans give them a emergency vet call. For our little Ztia. She hurt her front paw. Lost her side curved nail. Thank you too Dr. Peter's and all the help. Thank you very much

Brought my rescued pup Delilah here, for her first visit. I am a first time pup owner. They made the experience very smooth and answered all of my questions. The staff were very pleasant, and friendly! Thank you again for a wonderful experience

Just wow, staff are very rude. One lady even said "she hears this daily" what? Seriously? I had an apt for 12:30. My kitty is sick and vomiting. She had to be cleaned up 3 times on My way to hospital. Once I arrived I said i am here for 12:30. Immediately the lady was rude and stated that I was a half hour late that it was for 12:00. Meanwhile, my kitty was vomiting and pooping while in there lobby. I asked if she could be seen somehow as she is very sick. They told me no that it had to be rescheduled. I walked out. As I was driving I called back to speak to manager. They placed me on hold then hung up. I called back and a very rude woman told me that I was not welcomed back to their practice...what? This practice has gone way down hill.. it is very sad. I loved this facility when it was ran with compassion and care. You guys seriously turned a cat away that was clearly in distress because of the time issue?that was your fault? Then got nasty and rude. Smh. What happens if by waiting she passes away I asked, the lady told me it was not her problem!!!! WHAT??.?this is the staff you. Ow hVe working @Gardiner ani.al Hospital!! Just rude, nasty attitudes.

Love these guys! Takes the time to explain everything, realistic about pet needs based on your connection to the pet (meaning they don’t push procedures if they aren’t necessary) and they don’t change an arm and a leg!
