“Unlike CVS, they actually answer the phone and your questions. They don’t have as many drugs in stock as a CVS (when an ER doctor prescribed a narcotic, Costco didn’t have it) but they seem to have your regular drug needs in stock. “Sept 2022, Ossining, NY, came here because my friend uses this pharmacy all the time and raves about how nice everyone is who works here, plus the Pharmacist Tullio G. Bruno is wonderful. I have to agree with my friend this place is wonderful. I came here for my 2nd Booster Shot only after making an appointment online. The store inside is immaculately clean, and they sell a little of everything you could use. I rather support the local community then go to the big chain store line CVS. All and all, please come here instead of the big chain stores and support this local pharmacy.”
“Brad is the kind of hometown pharmacist who knows you by name. He and his staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. I have called to consult with him for drug interactions, dosages, suggestions and advice. Their store is small but has some good greeting cards, cold drinks, and lots of health products and equipment. They also have a copy machine. Easy to get in and out. Highly recommended.”
“I found the staff to be very helpful and pleasant to work with. I felt they went out of their way to help me get the drug that I needed. When I went to pick up my drug, I had to wait awhile because the customer in front of me was confused and kept delaying the transaction. The staff member treated the customer with such patience and respect, it really impressed me.”

“3.5: I'm a fan of Costco in general over some of the other wholesale places like BJs. This one is decent. Not everything that you buy is cheaper at Costco but if you're looking for bulk items, the price is usually pretty good. Just do a little research first, if money is an object. They have electronics, jewelry, auto, household goods, perishable foods, clothing, snacks, cleaning products, appliances, a butcher, seafood, pharmacy, food court and more. Food court can get busy too; many come for the hot dog deal. This one also has a gas station. They have some organic produce and other foods but wish they had more. This place gets packed around snowstorms, holidays and special events so it's not much fun especially with the big carts and rude patrons at times. Not all staff is friendly. Walk around and you'll likely encounter samples to try. They also have a generous return policy.”

“Came here for a schedule flu shot, and had to wait a few minutes for the pharmacist to be ready, but once they were, they explained everything and did it 1,2,3. They did forget to give me any information showing I got the vaccine, but then 2 days later, I got a text with information and a link to save my vaccine time etc.I will say, I was late for my appointment, and called after the allotted time, and they said "just come in" and they helped me when I got there.”
