If I could give the company 10 stars I would. The owner is kind and worked with me when it came to getting new tiles in my bathroom! Customer Beware! Waited a while to post this review as I did not want to include emotion. Lack of professionalism. Met owner (Fidel) on a whim. I was redoing my kitchen and needed my floors done. Why not support the local guy. In sum, owner has no personality, has no customer service skills, I was not happy with install, installation is done by young kids who do not know what they are doing. They were a no show several times without calling. When I brought this to his attention, it just did nothing phase him. However the Materials are good. After several spirited exhaustive conversations, owner refused to repair the issues with floor. His installers laid a floor that had gaps underneath. Rather than repair or just inform us of the gaps as stated on our contract he continued to finish the floor. 2 days after install, I called the owner to reinspect. He stated for us to finish the kitchen and he would come back to repair. Kitchen was completed and he stated that he could not fix the issues. Not good! When I asked aren't you concerned about your reputation, he stated " I have other streams of income. Some people just don't like me". I can see why. This issue is not finished.

We had an appointment to meet with a representative at 10am on a Friday at their store. He ended up showing up and had opened the store at 10:30am.
One of the representatives showed us carpeting that we liked. He assured us that he would get us a price quote before the end of business day and we never heard back from him. When we called to follow up on the status of our quote, another representative told us that he had left for the day, but also informed us that we would get our price quote the next day. The next day came and no one called us. Completely unacceptable.
If there was a way to give this business no stars, I would. A very unreliable business they have established and a complete waste of time.
