“My car tire had had a slow leak for about one month which required a watchful eye. Mavis took the tire off the rim and cleaned the area. They checked the tire and rim carefully and found no leaks. They also checked the other tires for pressure, rotated them, and did a wheel balance. After these, my car's ride felt much smoother as I drove home. Thank you Carlos and Chris.”

“I had a very positive experience overall. The team was professional and pleasant to work with, and the quality of the repairs was excellent. My car was returned in great condition and even cleaner than I expected, which I really appreciated.
The only area that could have been better was communication during the repair process. The timeline extended beyond the original estimate due to parts, and I had to reach out a few times for updates. That said, they did take care of the additional rental time, which I thought was handled fairly.
In the end, the work was done well, the car looks great, and I would absolutely recommend them.”

Estimate and Schedule to Complete are accurate The Customer Service and Dan greeted me and treated my repairs as if I was valued customer. The Facility is well equipped looks very Corporate and clean with a Family atmosphere. I was able to voice my concerns to Dan and he delivered plus some extras. He provided pictures from previous unknown damage while the car was being repaired. The attention to detail is another reason I myself coming from the Aircraft Maintenance Career Field highly recommend Collision & Chrome!! Believe me I Inspected the Hell out of the Car/Repair due to it being my Wife's!!.”

“I am 100% satisfied with the service I receive at Fred’s. They troubleshoot the car issue quickly and accurately. They schedule the work to be done quickly, and stick to the schedule. They provide in advance a printout of the work to be done, and the price in parts and labor, and there are no surprises when you pick up the car. They are very easy to talk to and take the time to explain the work that needs to be done. Their prices are reasonable. (They are closed weekends.).”
“This was my first experience with Aamco and Lea was the first Aamco person I had the pleasure to speak with.
Lea was absolutely delightful to work with and went above and beyond to help me.
My car was towed in after closing hours but Lea discussed in detail what to do.
Early the next morning Lea called with the list of concerns Brad had identified. All was explained in detail as was the pricing.
Lea worked very closely with Car Shield on my behalf even calling a previous repair shop for maintenance records.
Late Friday when stopping by to drop off additional maintenance records Lea and Brad discussed what had been completed and that I'd be able to pick up Monday. The fact that the car repairs were completed by Monday was amazing.
Everyone in this shop is super friendly and Customer focused.
Thankful to have found you folks and I highly recommend!!”

The service technician whose name I did not think to ask for could not have been more friendly or helpful. The call probably went out at 8 PM. He showed up a half an hour later and in the freezing cold changed an incredibly flat tire! He never once complained, and was very diligent, even tapping off the air pressure on our donut. “I can't say enough nice things about Advantage Auto Repair. In a day where it's impossible to trust any mechanic or service station for fear of being ripped off, these guys have easily won me over. My teenage son was in a car accident and we had it towed to the nearest station which happened to be Advantage Auto Repair. First off, Stephanie at the front desk calmed me down, explained the process with insurance, what my options are (including bringing it anywhere I want), but before any of that, her first question was about the health of my son. (He's fine by the way). They talked my wife and I through what to do with the towtruck and that the car looked totaled. They took off the plates for us after the inspector came and held them for us until we were able to swing by and pick them up. They didn't charge us a penny, were increidbly communicative while we were there and days after, and we even tried giving them a $20 tip for their help, which they outright refused. “Rodaks save our behinds last weekend. We were driving up from the city in the area and noticed on the way back home that the undercarriage pan had come loose and we could not reattach it into place because it was so heavy. We brought the care here just 1/2 hour before closing suspecting a bigger problem and then took us right away with a smile. Turns out that, not only was the pan loose but it was packed with about 30lbs of compacted ice and snow that had been accumulating from the week prior. They defrosted it, removed it and sent us on our way with good conversation. So grateful. Guys like these are hard to come by these days.”
